Fantastic price - my only reservation would be it is a very long way to go for 7 nights Hot for the deal though - I would go for it but I only got back from there 2 weeks ago!

That's more like it - if I could add more heat I would!

Really hate being school based sometimes!!

And u can use your tesco vouchers for cosmos. £10 of vouchers = £30 I think

Excellent deal. I went into September with the hope there may be a post school holiday deal but comes out around £550 ish.

for a small amount extra the radisson is well worth it. You will NEED a car as well.

bargain deal either way

Bargain, and car hire included too?

yeah , got to be at least two weeks
couldnt stand that long haul flight for just one week

Anyone have any similar deals for California for summer? Can't hurt to ask :P

Very very hot btw, especially as car hire is included. Wish I could go on holiday then.

You could always drive it from Orlando. At 3557 miles to LA over 14 days you need to 500 miles a day.Seriously you might want to look at an internal flight 7 days florida 7 days cali?

Great deal, but would never fly long haul with Monarch, Am off to Orlando for 10 nights myself on the 8th and paid much more!

Amazing deal! The Monarch flight isn't the best but for this money who could complain. I would LOVE to be going but we only came back 3weeks ago and our flights alone were a lot more than this.

I'm in Florida just now. It's been roasting around 90F daily. This is a great deal, a cheap way to get here, often flights alone are worth more.

Nothing wrong with the hotel anymore, I stayed there last year and the review sites (or maybe their website) was talking about recently renovated. Great location, and obviously not 5* accommodation, but does everything you could need for a holiday destination as busy as Orlando.

With a Panda Express across the road, Buffalo Wild Wings about a 5 minute walk up i drive, and a Chillis a 5 minute walk too, the location couldn't be too much better!! Wouldn't think twice about staying there again when I hopefully go back before too long

One piece of advice, you could do a lot worse than to get a i drive trolley ticket, was really quite affordable, and the most frequent mode of transport (every two or three minutes) to the parks (admittedly with a 8-10 minute walk for universal, so maybe not for those with little kids) (the hotel offers a once, or twice a day shuttle, but being someone at a specified time isn't really my idea of a holiday)

Looking back at that post, it appears I like parentheses

Great deal imho.

Not sure we are talking about the same hotel here as the Comfort Inn Universal is located on Universal Blvd 2 blocks away from Panda express and 5 mins walk to I drive. The Qualty Inn is located opposite Panda Express and ABC.
Either way this is still a cracking deal and if I wasn't going in June Id be booking this!

Amazing! How do they do this for soo cheap? Even for flights this is a deal right? Am I getting something wrong or is this flights, hotel and car including taxes for 247.50 each!?

I've spent longer in awful traffic in the UK for a couple of nights break!

El Scorchio! Just got back 2 weeks ago and paid 4 times this amount in total. Nice one OP!

Trying to pursuade Mrs S that we should go but she's not having it, damn work gets in the way some times. Excellent price, would love to go!

Are WTF you why HUKD on f_#k

Just got back from 2 night road trip to Scotland and that cost over £300 each for me and my mate - only 6 hour drive away.

This stonking considering me and my partner paid £2000 to go to Orlando in 2003 for two weeks with Virgin. Prices have shot up since then and even a budget break like this was about £550 a fortnight at that time.

Huh?

voted roasting hot from me,wish I had seen this sooner ,got 2 weeks in Canaries for a lot more than this !!

We have been looking at CA, ended up looking at florida because just the flights alone are circa £800 each when the kids are off. They are direct flights though and hotels are cheap. Just so much choice and such a huge county its hard to know where to begin!
If you find anything, let us know

Monarch. Supposed to be pretty bad.

unbelievable price, 2 adults 1 child 1 infant 14 nights under a grand!!!

scorching hot!!

Amazing deal, wish I could go but already have a holiday booked for next month. Why is it that these deals always come up at such short notice, ah well. I've flown with Monarch before, they're fine IMO, nothing fancy but had no problems with the seats, food and staff, it was all standard stuff.

Hot deal indeed. Shame the spawn have exams or I'd be there like a shot, irrespective of the airline's reviews...

Even better, If I could go I'd miss having to witness my team imploding in the playoff semi-finals, again...

We stayed here a couple of years ago, it is what it is a cheap clean motel, the pool was clean the rooms were cleaned regulary, the breakfast room is a bit of a mad scramble but you can eat out at other all you can eat breakfast places for as little as £2, this is a good deal and lets be honest you dont go to florida to sit in a hotel room for a week ;-).

I'd love to do this! If only it was all inclusive and it would be cheaper than being at home!
