Discount card with Go Outdoors is required, so a deal if you already have this.

If you require a discount card then it is £5 for 12 months. Bringing the price up to £80, which is in line with the next best price I can see. But you would then have 12 months use of the discount card for future purchases online or in store.

A lightweight travel and trekking pack that's comfortable to carry, and built to last.

The Osprey Farpoint 40, the smallest of their lightweight travel pack series, has compact dimensions that ensure carry-on compliance on almost any flight for the fast-moving globetrotter.

Constructed using super-tough materials with ripstop zones, it has versatile storage options that will accommodate your gear for a short trek or the long haul.

Dual front mesh pockets are ideal for water bottles or snacks while the large front zip pocket, with padded laptop and tablet sleeve, stores and protects more valuable gear.

There's large panel access to the main compartment, with internal compression straps for keeping your kit in place.

Padded top and side carry handles let you choose the most comfortable way to carry the pack.

  • Die-cut spacer mesh hipbelt and harness
  • Conforms to EU maximum carry-on luggage size
  • Sternum strap with emergency whistle
  • Zip away harness and hipbelt
  • Light weight peripheral frame
  • Low profile padded carry handles on top and side
  • Panel zip access to main compartment with lockable zippers
  • Twin compression webbing straps

Unlikely.

And the whole point of the Farpoint 40 is that it's carry on.

"Conforms to EU maximum carry-on luggage size"

It's a completely different type of backpack.

Osprey make really good strong well designed backpacks. I've been using mine for a few years and love it, I've had other cheaper bags in the past, I use my bag for cycling in to town and so put quite a bit of gear in it, and the cheaper bags had things like zips fail, or got holes worn in them, or just didn't sit so comfortably. People that know about good backpacks and like to find the right gear for themselves will see that this is a good product, and it is available here for less than other places.
I have this backpack and it’s the best thing I have ever bought. So versatile and perfect for business trips as it has a laptop compartment too. It easily holds a week worth of clothes for me. Good price too.
I think you are missing the point of the bag aswell its not a backpack, I’ve got a few different types of osprey packs this is a suitcase and with straps that zip away to turn it into a backpack. As the straps are also very supportive unlike most other zip away or clip on options

I got this with the 10% eBay code the other day and it came down to £65.
Also if you wanted to get from wiggle they have £10 off over £50 to bring the end cost down to £70.

Hope that helps someone.
Good deal I just brought one a few weeks ago at a higher price to use as a carry on for the missus. Already got a Lowe Alpine and this bag is definitely comfier to carry. Decent quality and build and would buy the next size up with the detachable day sac if I saw it in the Xmas sales .

If that's true then Go Outdoors should beat the price by 10% so you could get it from GO Outdoors for £63. Now that is more like what I would pay for this (if I didn't already have one! My other half bought the women's version in green for a shade over £50 recently. Great for carry on luggage only holidays).

They wouldn't price match because it's a voucher code you have to apply on wiggle (it's a new customer code). Also in my experience go outdoors, millets, blacks (same company) look for reasons not to price match. Wiggle however are much better and have helped me save a few quid here and there.
I have both the Farpoint 40 & Farpoint 70 and they are excellent value for money. This is definitely a good price for the 40, although I picked one up at Blacks a couple of weeks ago for £68
Minus 35 score says it all I think
I've seen these a few places at this price. Hoping these come down to a good price on Black Friday
