Confusing, what's the difference between …Confusing, what's the difference between https://www.cyclesurgery.com/p/osprey-syncro-20-rucksack-P3124243.html and https://www.cyclesurgery.com/p/osprey-syncro-20-rucksack-P3124008.html?colour=123 other than £5 ?

It's previous years rucksack. The waist belt doesn't have pockets, styling, and other small differences..
Is this bag good for laptops, 15-17"? Looks more like bike bag...

I have a few Osprey packs.

The most suitable I own for commuting with a laptop of that size are...

Atmos 35
Momentum 30
Nebula 34

These are suitable, but may be too large to consider...

Talon 44
Kestrel 48
Kestrel 58

The others I have are too small.

And I thought I had a rucksack addiction
Love my osprey bags... my quasar has ripped at the zip seem and is just waiting to break completely. I also own a raptor 14 and a radial 34 and 4 o FB their dry bags.
Just taken delivery of the Escapist 32 (also with free Drysack) from these guys for £60.

Great price, but it was to replace my 9 year old Escapist and the quality / materials of this 2019 version are vastly inferior to what I got back then. Feels flimsy in comparison, and where the waist straps and compartments used to wrap all the way around the front of your stomach, they now only just about sit on your hips, making putting anything in the compartments pretty much impossible unless you take the whole rucksack off. Not very practical.

Great price like I say, but as with pretty much everything else these days, the quality has dropped off a cliff.
