But why would you want to subscribe for LED bulbs? They last almost forever?

You`re missing the point, after your first delivery you simply cancel as there is no obligation to continue with the subscription and even those without prime can still subscribe.

Not true in my experience. Whilst the LEDs last forever other components fail regularly. Admittedly I used to only buy cheap bulbs but around 50% (10-20 bulbs) have needed replacing within a few years.
I tend to spend a bit more to hopefully improve reliability these days.
Are these dimmable?
I prefer cob versions of these less driver circuitry, usually brighter and look more like a traditional halogen.

Those COB units use nearly double the energy for virtually the same lumen output. TBH I have tried quite a lot of COB G9s but these osram bulbs have been the best yet.
Please add on the title that these are G9 fitting. Voted hot, decent price for a branded led G9. In my last place, the kitchen had recessed G9 halogens under the cupboards, but these bulbs are typically 30-50W so there's a lot of saving there by switching to LEDs.

I got my Cobs from an eBay seller, never seen an SMD style as bright but admittedly not tried Osram. Have tried Philips though & nowhere near as bright.
