Do these stay on all the time, then brighten when it detects movement?

Yes.
Thanks, I'll give them a go.

Amazon is the place to buy this sort of stuff as should it go wrong within 12 months simply contact them and return for a full refund.
AM interested in how bright these are, red the review that they arent as bright as a floodlight. are these more a addition to your garden lgihting?
IP65 is not "waterproof". They instruct you to tilt the lights down so they don't fill with water!
Brilliant
Thanks!

Excellent... Thank you
They were on Amazon Lightning Deals this week for around £26.99 for two. I got them with a 45% off voucher so worked out around £12 a piece. Noticed price fluctuates a lot but this is the cheapest I've seen them for a 2 pack.

Most are just missing the part saying I received this product in exchange for fake ass review from the chinese FBA seller. You only have to look at the clusters of dates and look at some of the profiles to know that most are incentivised reviewers. Fakespot gives it an F for unreliable reviews (Our engine has profiled the reviewer patterns and has determined that there is high deception involved.)

Voted hot, I've got these since 2 months ago, so time will tell how good or bad they are, so far I like them. As bright as my Mpow ones and I also like the form factor.

I guess you're referring to solar lights in general, not necesarily to these ones. I've got Mpow since 3 years ago and they are not rubbish at all. I had some no name ones before and yes, useless. I've also got these ones, so far, so good, but time will tell, as I only had them since 2 months ago.

Luckily for me I recognise what to look for from profiles alone, many I recognise from the various groups, for others fakespot and similar help.

What do you look for from profiles alone? Genuine question, would be great if you could impart that knowledge to those of us not 'in the know'. TIA.

Yes but with about as much light as a couple of match sticks. When the pir detector kicks in the bight mode light is only active for a very short time (about a minute). Overall less impressive than you might assume.

Not true. I’ve got solar lights that have lasted years. Not these ones.

Why would it need to be activated for longer? Once the light goes out if there is further movement it simply triggers again.

Just tried it again and definitely still working, if you are copy and pasting make sure you aren't including a 'space' at the start or end of the code.

I was more interested in them going off completely when I don't need them on. Thought that was clear from my initial question.

Weird, just tried the twin pack and code works fine? Try a different browser maybe? Copy and paste it? It is Friday night after all

Alas code no longer working for me either

EDIT: I was ordering 2 x 2 lights, which was why it was charging £40 odd

Thanks OP
I have had similar type before. I had four slightly smaller one on my garden fence. I had them last September thinking they would help walking up down my garden fence to gate and bin. I know they need sunlight but they hardly lasted through till spring. I suppose they had a slight light for it to say it on but not fit for my purpose. Have a security electric light now near my gutter, initially more expensive but a lot better

No, ...just some suitable for Britain in the summer time!
Everyone knows, "lightning" only occurs above water!
