I'm not sure that I can justify £30 on this to buy at launch, but having loved this game with its original release all those years ago, I'm very much looking forward to this game - not long left now to wait!

I tend to agree I'm afraid. Good fun in 1999 and the reboot looks OK but not a £30 title (unless it was a favorite in your youth of course!).

Yea, It looked good in the trailer but now I'm not sure, I never played the orignal so cant comment on the gameplay.
Wow I remember playing the original like 20years ago? On a pc I had that was abit of a beast at the time. I just remember walking around naked terrain (the only texture being green) and shooting things probably made up of a handful of pixels, and thinking that it was the prettiest game I'd ever seen.

Think the gameplay was pretty uninspired.
Would really like to see a new Black and white come out. Anybody remember that?

Not pixels, voxels Those were a central part of the tech that the game was using to portray the world.

And re Black and White - yep, of course! Don't hold your breath for a third game, though - Peter Molyneux has long since moved on.
Gam Sav at the ready!
