I've been looking for some good priced walking boots, seeing as I've been doing that in my local woods a fair bit recently and I found these that I thought would do the job for a while.
These are available in two colours - Navy & Grey
The Outdoor Mens Walking Shoes offer support and comfort. They have a durable suede-mesh upper, cushioned EVA footbed and a long-lasting rubber outsole - a great choice for short walks, travelling and everyday wear.
  • Suede & Mesh Upper - Durable and breathable, a lighter style of footwear for hiking, walking and sports
  • Rubber Outsole - Flexible and lightweight. Very long lasting
  • EVA cushioning - Moulds to your foot providing support & comfort
  • Mesh Lining - Improves breathability to help keep your feet fresh whilst out and about

£17 "walking shoes"? Please do your feet a favour, save money elsewhere and buy some reasonable footwear. Your feet will thank you for it!

Scores 4/5 on Amazon based on over 450 reviews. I guess if you are expecting a pair of Mammut Men's Mercury Iii Mid Gtxâ High Rise Hiking Shoes you will be a bit disapointed, but for the price these are decent.
Hi,had a few different items from mountain warehouse , quality very low, would give your feet a treat and let these walk away 😁

Hi,I would look around the web for review to check on products,as Amazon reviews may not all be kosher
sheepdognwolf07/04/2020 21:46

Is it ?

I have just Googled him and I might be mistaken, so I will retract that for now, I'm sure he owns a lot of the "named" brands that they sell though
I use mine to do bits outdoors around the house... Not great but decent for spare pair
thx op, ordered.
Thanks OP, ordered. Good for my dog walks, last pair have just about seen their best days.
I would imagine these would be fine for a couple of hours on a walk or standard day to day, but perhaps not a full on walking shoe.
Thanks Op
Quidco @ 5% as well.
Anyone know if these are hollow heeled? Thanks
Everything I've had from these guys has been awful and/or broke after after a few weeks. Never again.
I had the boots from here on the last deal. Didn't look bad but the soles are very thin.

Sorry Andy but I can't agree. Open and read those amazon reviews. The first page of English language reviews gave an average of around 1.5. Uncomfortable, shoddy and cheap - as is normal for this make. Paper-thin sole. Best avoided.
I've had quite a few items and find the quality decent. Fleeces, gilet, socks, etc. Not tried shoes though.

think there was a link with Karrimor at one time
the good thing about MW is that they can control quality as they source their own branded products and don't sell anybody else's . Remember listening to the CEO on radio 4 saying this was the reason for its success

Be thankful you got something I ordered 50 quid worth of product from one shop 6th April ...I'm a patient guy i left it today to check on tracking - only to find DHL delivered it, apparently on 7th April signed for by someone using just my surname and with a photo attached of the package sat outside someone's front door (I know how could that be right). The front door looks like noones front door anywhere near me or in the village on a 30minute walk today. Absolutely baffling.

That's terrible I feel your pain. Did you use Paypal like me? I have raised a complaint with them also, so at the very worst I should get my money back!
Regards
Mountain Warehouse are the worst company I have dealt with, no wonder they get terrible reviews.
I was getting nowhere, so yesterday Sunday, I emailed the MD Mark Neale, just after 9.30am this morning I received an apology and full refund back to my Bank Account, via a Customer Service Manager.
Anyone want to buy a dodgy straw hat?
