This is robbery! £1 to sit on the floor? Because that's where you're going to end up.

Yep these will develop cracks from top to bottom down the screw holes, then they will snap and give way.

Won't last a lifetime but well worth the money - not so sure they're a good idea if you're a bit overweight!

just sounds a bit G.A.Y. to me

Ok for little kids - dont risk getting a seat pole up your bottom if you weigh above two stones.

Might want to put on - not for fat kids

Erm...I'm not fat and I weigh under 10 stone and I love them!! Good for taking to BBQ's or to festivals and with the little strap attachment, they can go over your shoulder. Heat has been added

It'll all end in tears..:D

Saw these the other week, tried one out in store, crap quality! COLD!

When you set them up they are only about 10 inches from the ground. You might as well save yourself the bother and sit on a carrier bag!

Bought a bug zapper racquet from them and it didn't zap. Thing was, it took me a while to determine it didn't work, (can never find a fly when you want one). Gingerly touching the inner wires with damp tissue, looking for a spark or a bit of smoke. Poking it with a damp cotton bud. Finally ,after stalking a housefly round the kitchen and swatting it I decided it was not working. I was scrutineering the carcass, trying to work out if it was frazzled or squished. It was squished, no pop or burning smell.
For a quid, I'd give these a miss unless you want butt intimacy with one of the support legs.:(

they are bad, had them there last year...much better off sitting on a blanket they are not very comfy
cold sorry

Bit late now. Sat in my own faecal matter at Glastonbury :-( really could have done with one of these.

Really sturdy, I have two. I tested them instore first, I sat on it lifting my legs up to see if it would support me, if it didn't, I would've had a very painful groin and perhaps a trip to the A&E!
They're good & are made from a tough material

I really wouldn't take this review seriously but the instore testing paints a great picture X)

Got one a couple of years back.Only suitable for kids.Painful for an adult to sit on properly!

Bought some last year, took them to Latitude Festival, they worked, and the most amazing thing of all.......they didnt break. ....so will be taking the same ones back to Latitude this year.

Over the years I have seen many train passengers sitting on there when they can't get a seat.

if this is the same stool that was being sold in BM bargains they are great. Yes you are a little low down and have no back support. I weigh 12 stone and I am 5" 8 and I found them to be quite comfortable.

bought two to sit on at the bike racing at Donington....I left them there when I left...
