​The one on Amazon is a different type so that's irrelevant. Having this mount doesn't mean you'll be playing with your phone even in the rare times it's being used as a speedo or Sat nav it would be a quick glance down the same as a car. These are usually used to record your ride and link up with sensors and if it's mounted on the bike instead of in a a bag it gets better GPS reception. So it's not a distraction. There's also this new type of bike that's only been around since the late 70's called a mountain bike. This is what I use my mount for and as the clue is in the name I don't find myself on road. As I'm not suicidal I don't check my phone while going down a trail at mach 10 and I stop to check my phone if I need to. This mount just keeps it in a safe and easy to use place if I need it. Clearly you don't use any kind of bike so maybe you should not comment if you don't know what you're talking about.

At no point have I said this is a bike lock. The one on Amazon is for a Universal kit and is a sticky pad you stick to the back of any phone case. This is no different to having a speedo on your bike, or a garmin, or even a SatNav in your car. Only in your opinion is this a pointless device. Do you even ride a bike? I do, and this is a brilliant product. I can use bike apps, music without getting my phone out my pocket or my bag.

Probably because it's not a bike lock as you call it, but a device designed to hold an iphone in place on a bike. They are quality shoes, but they hardly have any top models anymore. And prices reflect that. And for what it is this deal is expensive, it's easy to find this model cheaper with little patience.

i love Berghaus, but i was disappointed with this, one of the zips popped off without much pressure, if nothing else it's light.

That is one incredibly sh*tty handle at the top, but looks like a nice bag aside from that.

That 'camping stove' is not a JetBoil. Jetboil are the very best portable cooking solution whereas that thing is worth exactly what you pay for it. Great deal on this JetBoil. I have 2 and they are spectacular in all conditions.

I spend a fair amount of time out in the field and these heat water and boil in the bags super fast. When we have a typical English summer and the rain is chucking it down, nothing beats firing up "The beast". Have some blue flame heat.

I'm a fan of Spalding and have used many of their indoor and even got to play with a proper Gameball REPLICA and it was GOOD! For a GOLD ball, I reckon £17.71 is a bit high... I bought the Platinum one a 2yrs ago for £14.00 from Amazon. Plus, if you're playing outdoor, might as well check other alternatives...because one way or the other they won't last that long (i.e. losing grip) Can try the overrated LeBron OD for almost a tenner, or a Nike Dominate, or even a Wilson(not that bad)

great deal. this is one of those 'must have' essentials for emergency use - it can absolutely be relied upon, much more so than the cheapy dx ones. I have a dx headtorch for day to day use and one of these in my rucksack for emergency kit. the battery is rated for ages (unused) so you know it'll be ready when you find you need it.

I was going to say that dealextreme must do cheaper ? BUT in fairnes this looks a REAL pro light !? ;-)
