Went into Colchester Store today and was amazed by the deal, Also the staff said it was national. But for £399.99 you get the tent (a lower weight version of the bear lake 6 as its not poly cotton) plus you get the footprint and the carpet.

because the carpet as a small floor that the cut out for one of the pegging points is wrong ( but still fits completely fine) there giving you the outwell matching windbreak as well which is usually £49.99.

Incredible deal especially as its coming up to the school holidays, Plus its an outwell tent so will be alot better quality than most of the normal hi gear stuff go usually do deals on.

Please be kind this is my first time posting! and before anyone says it yes you do need a go outdoors card but there only £5 and you save alot of money with it.

Ive just bought this , cracking deal. ,
HOT FROM ME

Hi just bought this deal. Ive tried to find the easiest way to erect (YouTube ) but, nothing seems to exist. We got into a real pickle cos the guy at go outdoors told us to put the pegs into the bottom of each sprung tube on one side of the tent ( they fall out immediately), then push the tent up towards your partner. Obviously this does not work. I've watched you tube for the outwell bear lake 6 and I m know wondering if I should try to follow the sme method. Anyone give advice?

To Luvaduck,
We saw the deal at Gloucester Go Outdoors at the weekend, and thought it was a real bargain, especially as you get the carpet/footprint included. To erect it, it's exactly as the Outwell Nevada M (though admittedly in a bigger scale!) so do a search on You Tube for that tent's erection process, because the carbon poles etc are the exact same principle. We found that putting each set of poles through complete (ie both sides) one at a time was easiest, just dont stake tent to the ground until all the arch poles are in (just secure two corners to ground for stability initially) Good luck!
