Yes

Thanks Boz..

Nice find

Thank you so much, I just had a great time watching the first episode of the Beverly Hillbillies. Still funny, and I remember it from when it first aired, along with many of these shows. Brilliant find.

The Avengers stands up so well even 50 years later.

good site ,if you click the middle icon at the top of the site it takes you here archive.org/ what a collection of stuff they have there.

Good one Boz, a lot to get through there. Noticed Laurel & Hardy on This is Your Life. All a bit before my time of course X) but will enjoy getting through it.

Use the search bar as it has later stuff. Found an old favourite. Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons.

sweeeeet!

Thank you.

Thanks - watching tv version of Quatermass 2

Diana Rigg (Mrs. Peel) was my childhood feminist icon. I adored The Avengers' witty eccentric guest actors and the sublime scripts they had to deliver. Laurie Johnson's score is my all-time favourite TV show theme tune. His incidental music provided a thrilling backdrop to the action.
I considered myself a very lucky boy at 9/10 years as Ms. Rigg's mother lived just up the road from me in Oakwood Avenue and Diana, her mother and I chatted quite often. Trevor Preston (Wrote The Sweeny and produced The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, lived a few doors down from us. To top it Peter Cook would sometimes drop in for a gossip as he lived on Scotts Lane just around the corner from home.
Sadly, kids have suffered a couple generations of untalented and brainless "celebrities" thrust upon them by misogynist TV producers and Media Magnates who believe the only thing marketable or worthy about women are their surgically altered chests.

Well that's my day...

awesome!

thank you Boz also there are classic movies a good range a big variety of music and enough to spend most of the day searching as well

Early memories: @ aged 6 & 7 I must have been (pejoratively) "queer" because bare chested, broad shouldered Daddy Woodentop was a source of excitement whenever he appeared. The twins always struck me as silly and Mummy Woodentop was almost invisible to me. Thinking back it never registered Mummy Woodentop was as naked as Daddy. Perhaps her ruff had the effect of creating the illusion of her being dressed from the neck down.

They also have an amazing archive of Radio Shows as well. I love the horror, suspense and sci-fi stuff they have.

Great shows from the 40s/50s/60s onwards.
