1. Tough one. In the sense, I've been a gym member for 15 years, poor diet, no strategy and pic 1 was the result. I'm still fairly new to trying to apply the training and diet to get the outcomes.

2. 65kg (lighter than I'd like), I'm just under 5ft9.

3. Not sure about the percentage, still have lower belly fat, but my aim was to push myself till Xmas which I did.

4. I used a site calculate my macros
Maintain:
Cals - 2394
Protein - 118g
Carbs - 301g
Fats - 80g

Gain:
Cals - 2873
Protein - 118g
Carbs - 385g
Fats - 96g
So how long have you been training and diet more correctly then ?
