Just bought it and tested it for 5 mins - Good fun for £1.99, Now this is pod racing! (Not quite as good as those podracing games but still good)

or wipeout on space hoverbikes if you never played the Podracing games.

it’s on the Unreal Engine too so it looks good.
Whats nice it also has the options in the menu to reduce the framerates to 30fps if you are having issues with it too but it seemed alright to me with it off, though as I said I only played tutorial and first race of the campaign. It has simple controls, acceleration, brake, left and right etc but also has
drifting as well on the right stick and you can pick up speed boosts and upgrade your weapons & ships by the looks of things

Under reviews be careful as on metacritic it seems to have muddled up a review with another game with a similar name Overland whereas this is overlanders.

I was just about to say the same has a look of WipEout, also. Another Switch game to add to the library. Hard not to with this one at £1.99. Cheers.
Bargain of the week for me. Good spot.
Is this the Overwatch Skylanders crossover we've all been waiting for?

Props to the hori left joycon!
Looks an absolute steal for £1.99!

Thanks OP
Brought, but really do not like it.
Sort of monster hunter on pods, I hoped a Wipeout like racer, but it's definitely another game type.
Review makes it seem lacking in features to say the least, more of an early access title for the price
