Like the way it says whiskey and not scotch!! Well ...

It doesn't, it says "whisky", which is instantly recognisable as scotch due to it not being spelled with an e. Plus in the UK you say the word whisky and folk automatically associate it with scotch, you would have to put Irish, Japanese or Tennessee in front of the word of you wanted one of those.

Clearly states 'welcome whisky'.

Seems to be another closed-minded soul trying to get a dig in at Scotland, but failing spectacularly due to their own lack of knowledge/intelligence. Quelle surprise.

Cheers, booked it. Girl on the phone at the place was really nice and helpful.
Booked for long weekend, Thanks
Best snow for ages on the mountain at the moment
Very handy for snowsports obviously, but Braemar, Dunkeld and Pitlochry are all in striking distance and worth a visit.

I like your style, I was thinking the same
Used to stay in what was the 'Spittal of Glenshee', which was just down the road (rip....burned down in 2014), and would often wander down the pitch black path in an evening, to the Dalmunzie for a pint or two....good memories and a nice place

Just been there with family. Great place!

As previously noted, it's Whisky. Unless you're suggesting that they force bourbon or such onto you at breakfast.

I phoned the hotel directly and they offered a Thurs, Fri and Sat stay for £199 with b'fast and the one dinner included and late checkout. That's a saving of £20 if going via TravelZoo as staying on Fri and Sat are an extra £20/night. Maybe worth doing if you're thinking of a stay over the weekend.

Can't wait! Thanks op and heat added.

Well, at least my "little head" can comprehend the difference between "whiskey" and "whisky"...
Also, you did "open" the deal, as otherwise, you'd be unable to comment. Perhaps your "big head" could do with less sawdust and more brain cells.

My forts and prayers wiv your missing grey matter, hun. Hopefully it's wiv da angles now. (For the avoidance of doubt, the last two sentences are intentional. I am openly mocking you.)

Did you buy 3 separate one night stays? It seems cheaper than booking 3 nights.
Anyone fancy coming with me

Yes.
Buy the voucher from travelzoo first? Will they refund if the dates I want aren't available?
