Ovivo Mobile have increasd the allowance on the "Data 0" mobile broadbad to 1GB (from 750MB). There is a one-off cost of £20 for the SIM and then no charge per month afterwards as long as you stay within the allowance. The SIM will arrive with £15 of credit on it.

In addition, the paid £5 bundle's allowance has been increased from 1.5GB to 2GB, and they have introduced a new £10 bundle which includes 3GB data.

The £15 credit can be used to pay for these packages.

Vodafone.

Vodafone. I have been using a mobile on their 'free' contract for 3 months with no problems.

Not bad

Also 2gb for £5/month.

I've been using them on there freedom plan for a few months service has been great so far.

have some heat !

even though when I posted this deal minutes before OP there was not posts for this deal - mine and a few others got spammed !

EliTom

however it is worth noting that if you are going to use this as a primary internet connection the adverts will become a real PITA

Ovivo is great for mobile use and mobile data is not so bad - no ads with apps

would be good for tablets but not so good for mifi's dongles IMHO

EliTom

Been using ovivo for a few months now call, text and apps work fine. However the internet is pretty slow and sometimes the internet doesn’t load although my phone show the 3g sign.

Just started with Ovivo Plan 0. So far v pleased. Works fine in my new Moto G. Keep telling the kids about Ovivo and they say things like 'Poor old Dad, he thinks he only pays once but he will have to pay per month!'. Ha!!

Better.

Saw this - awesome. Keep one in my 3G tablet in case I need internet out and about, but also for security - if it is lost or nicked, I have a chance of tracing it

£20 for the SIM, converted £15 of that into PSN credit, so effectively £5

I keep telling family and friends about Ovivo, non of them believe me, they say its a scam X) even when I say the wife and kids are on the Ovivo Network................... people look at me thinking I am lieing. lol

I almost want to buy a £500 3G tablet just for this offer

Got this sim in my ipad so I'm a happy girl X)

I'm buzzing for my contract to run out in march so I can grab this!!!
Such a good deal.

what happens with the 20 quid on a data only plan sim

5 quid for admin - 15 for credit, is that credit if you go over your allowance?

Nice.

I have the phone one, and it really is bad advert wise when using the browser (every 2/3 pages the advert splash screen pops up)

However, if you use apps (as noted above) you don't get the ads.

Great for a secondary phone in my opinion

I also think it's great, but not going to recomend to friends as I know i'll get the backlash when 6 months down the line they start to charge and everyone has to get new contracts elsewhere!! (Not saying they will charge, but I reckon they will)

Anyone use ovivio in a PS Vita ?

I have heard that it doesn't work on that device specifically, anyone confirm ?

I have a feeling that they're increasing allowances and referral bonuses because they're planning to discontinue the freemium plan. I'm probably wrong though.

fantastic offer, been using the freedom plan myself and have also switched kids to it from t mobile , no complaints here

exactly - if you go over then it's 16p per megabyte taken from the £15

Yes, or if you decide to switch to one of their paid plans (e.g. 2GB for £5/month) which you can do temporarily if you like.

that would be business suicide - as soon as they discontinue the free plans the vast majority of users will move - the paid for plans are not good enough deals to live with the adverts

It makes me happy to know that in this day and age there are still girls out there that enjoy small insertions.

I'd be interested to know this too.

Hi

Can we use the PAC over to OVIO network?

Great got one of these for my daughter great they were £15 before and you had £15 credit back go tthis in August and she still has £15 credit. Great for the kids.

Get full signal with this in a 3G dongle, but unfortunately speeds for me have been terrible. Don't know if they limit it or what is going on.

To put this into perspective, during non-peak hours I can easily hit 600KB/s on my phone with a T-Mobile 3G SIM (not 4G), and in peak periods it drops to around 100KB/s usually. With this dongle and the OVIVO SIM, I have never seen anything above 60KB/s, but usually get around 30KB/s.

Now this is fine for my intended purpose of downloading live traffic data in my car on my Android headunit, but as far as actually getting a full web browsing experience? Good luck with that...

just got the sim on Thursday, 500MB, could've wait a couple of days more :-(

I have this in my nexus 7 and it may be where I am but it's slow and adverts take ages to go :-[

As far as I know, they apply this offer to existing customers too, so next billing month you should have an increased limit.

I called T-Mobile to cancel my contract with them. The guy asked what provider I'm switching to and I said Ovivo.

T-Mobile guy: "So that's £20pm?"
Me: "No £20 one off cost"
T-Mobile guy: "Wow, why isn't it well known?"

I have no idea. I guess it sounds too good to be true.

It automatically upgrades your allowance if I'm not mistaken. At least it did for me the last time they increased the texts or minutes.

does anyone know if OVIVO work overseas?
