A bargain bunk bed delivered!

Have been after a bunk for some time at a good price.

This is solid wood and takes some time to build but is a great bed for this price.

Unlike other cheap ebay beds this has flat wide ladder rungs and is solid.

Was 160 not long ago on sale and this is the cheapest price. I bought one last month and this price is even better.

Is it single and single

Well it definitely doesn't look like a double and single, otherwise you wouldn't have a straight ladder. And I'm definitely sure it's not a double and double

What kind of weight can this support?

How solid is this? Does this squeak at all when climbing moving around on the bed? We bought one not too long ago, and it was terrible. Looked nice but the finish was poor!
Ordered thanks....

You'll find most timber bed frames will be much like this
Handy tip, use an electric screwdriver your hands will thank you
Ordered thanks op
Not really. My cousin bought one from a local independent shop and that's solid with no squeaking. But he did pay £400 or so for the bed. Long term investment, as it'll then separate as single beds...
I got this bed in white 7 months ago and I can recommend it at this price.
Very sturdy and doesn't squeak. My daughter loves it and has had a few sleepovers with up to 6 kids sleeping in and it took the beating.
It takes a regular single mattress.
Just what we were after! Bought + heated. Any mattress recommendations?

I find the opposite to be true I've only ever had squeaking from metal frames and never from my wooden ones. I have a cheapish bunk bed and an expensive one and other than the thickness of the wood and the ease of putting them together I found no difference in squeakiness at all.

Ikea pocket sprung mattresses are good - helps if you live near an Ikea, but as they are rolled up you can get them home easily in most cars - the kids have had them and love them. Not so sure about the Ikea memory foam mattresses as never had one.
What age do you let your child sleep in the top bunk?

Any deals on a trundle bed with storage would be a bonus around?

They usually recommend about 6 before you let them on the top bunk.

I second this - even the non-pocket sprung Hamarvik mattress is great, the double version has had compliments from everyone who’s slept in my spare room.
I bought one of these a few years back. Then with a little it of craftmenship I raised the lower bed frame by a few inches.. Enough to squeeze in a double set of drawers. Saved me a few hundred pounds and it's still up.

Same here! Can hear it a mile off
Great price for sold product
Thanx op , ordered , and tcb is 5% too.
some reviews suggesting assembly was difficult and instructions of a poor quality , i am hoping it is very similar to this one so just follow the video :

and for extra security , i might add metallic ( garden ) post extenders between the 2 leggs against the wall .
