This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I bought the P30 Pro when it was £580 and free GT Watch.

They have brought down the price of the handset again to £556.50. If you speak to them on chat and say you were offered £75 off the upfront by another agent, this should bring it down to £481.50.

consumer.huaweipromo.co.uk/gb/en/pages/huaweiaugcashback/home

You may have to sign up for the 20GB plan to get the £75 off. Remember to choose to pay the device off in full in the purchase process.

To circumnavigate the need to call O2 and cancel once you receive the phone (although I recommend you do call), you can possibly text to receive your STAC or PAC code:

  • Texting PAC to 65075, for free, if you want to keep your phone number
  • Texting STAC to 75075, for free, if you don’t want to keep your phone number.

When requesting your PAC or STAC you will receive a text telling you how much you owe on your account and any termination fees.

If you give the PAC or STAC to your new provider that should cancel the account.

UPDATE: The cashback is NOT available through O2. Have confirmed over live chat with O2. However they are still more than willing to offer the £75 off it seems:

"The £100.00 cash back offer is not available with us, however I can waive off up to £75.00 off the upfront cost on 20GB data and above deal"
Community Updates
Going to add my experience of the PAC code way..

Text PAC sent to 65075

received text from o2 confirming and a updated bill to be sent.

Gave PAC to a temp PAYG sim

a bill is generated 14 days after purchase for the full months value,

14 days after the transfer request a revised bill is sent with a pro rata charge of how ever many days you have the phone to the completed transfer - in my case it was just over £3

paid the pro rata charge, and account is closed and settled in full.

I thought O2 refresh are refurbished handsets so aren't new and therefore wouldn't qualify for the cashback?
P.s. I don't know about anyone else but I just submitted my claim for the GT Watch, which is how I found this new price, and they validated the claim within 20 minutes. Don't know if I was lucky or that is their standard timing on claims.

No. Only specifically designated handsets advertised as "like new" or "refurbished" are exempt.

This is has no such branding. So it is brand new, sealed and boxed.
Are you sure o2 is listed in qualifying retailer?unfortunately am not able to see o2 might be misding something?
On the Huawei Cashback web, there seems to be no 100£ discount for O2... Any other way to claim it?
O2 is not listed in qualifying retailers
Dont understand why this deal is going hot ..o2 is mot listed as qulifying retailer
Great spot on the reduced price which if combined with a possible 75 quid reduction plus the new Huawei cashback offer if accepted is incredible price for an amazing handset. Only downside for me is the lack of dual SIM and O2 do not seem to be listed as qualifying retailer.

Before we get into all the various O2 Refresh debate here's the Refresh Terms & Conditions which are clear and allow the customer to cancel the airtime agreement (i.e. the Credit Agreement) whilst keeping the handset.

The O2 Refresh Device Plan Credit Agreement (CCA) terms and conditions state:

9. Right of Withdrawal/“Cooling-Off”
9.1 You have the right to withdraw from the Credit Agreement, without giving any reason, before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which this Credit Agreement is made; or (if later) when you receive the Device. The right you have to withdraw from this Credit Agreement does not affect your agreement for the purchase of the Device (which is governed by the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement (including the Equipment Agreement)).

See: O2 Refresh Device Plan Credit Agreement (CCA) terms and conditions

Did you purchase in qualifying period?
O2 are not one of the qualifying retailers. If they had been then this would have been a stonking price and I would have bitte
Strange how other mobile network providers are listed but not O2. Wonder if it's a mistake.
Had a price offered to me by O2 for this for £426.
Only 5 people have said it so "o2 are not one of the qualifying retailers".
Wow
This is not a deal of you don't get the £100 Huawei cashback and therfore should be expired

@spinach_pie Looks like ppl are going carzy...O2 is not listed as qualifying retailer either deal has to be updated or expired as its not eligible for 100 cashback
Amending to remove the £100 cashback. Will add back in if Huawei confirm that O2 should be listed!

Fair enough & good thinking. Great deal for this at £481.50 - if they agree to the £75 off...

I believe definitely O2 is not part of this promotion if so they would have mentioned it on their own website as well as they did previously for huawei watch
Believe and definitely in on sentence, haha.

Not in a sentence, next to each other
O2 so far are being a nightmare with the watch. So if anyone has claimed it and purchased from o2 lemme know. Huawei want a proof of purchase, I paid outright for the handset but they won't send it. I've spoken to them 5 times now and each time it is promised, but never happens. Getting right on my last nerve now.
Now to get this or the mate 20 pro?
Are O2 in the promotion I wonder, lol

Thank you! Will have a look see if I can find it. Such a pain that they keep messing me about. They didn't like that I cancelled the contract so tried using that as an excuse, so reminded them it's not actually their promotion so they couldn't use that excuse. I will remember in future to download the proof of purchase, I know it's no longer in my account

I did exactly the same as you and it was validated within one minute, I was so shocked and pleased how quick it was. I'm just waiting for delivery confirmation now.

Have you checked your 'Junk or Spam' email folder? When I asked O2 for an invoice they sent 'Proof of Purchase" by email with subject of 'Re: Proof of Purchase Request' within minutes which Huawei accepted along with a screenshot of IMEI.

How would they know you cancelled the contract? Did you receive an order confirmation email on the day you ordered? Screenshot that email. Did you get the phone delivered to a store or home? Take photos of them and send too.

It was delivered to my home address. My email doesn't seem to have the o2 logo on it which is poo elseid have sent that. Their software on the claim thing on the huawei website keeps asking for more evidence as it's not finding all the bits it needs.

And all for the husband who in 12 years of marriage never has worn a watch

Mine was the same. No logo on the email either. However the email address is shown on the email which is from O2.
Did you get anything with the device when it arrived such as a delivery note etc?
