No it's always a single item.
Last time they refunded my entire shopping basket when I asked for a refund on the missing quantity items. If you want to spend time on getting refunded go ahead but was it just wasting my time and didn't want to risk my account. (edited)
If you only get the one pack, then I assume its easily refunded by Amazon for wrong listing?
