Hot, these boxes are great.

I can never get this site to work, I've registered but get 'invalid' when I try to log-in - if I try to get a new password I get 'email invalid' if I try and register again it says 'this email is already in use' ... just going round in circles !

Nice find OP, shocking site though after 10 minutes of going around in circles trying to use paypal i got there in the end.
Heat added

Ex find O.P cheers!

Here's a trick for you.

All email servers ignore "full stops" which are in email addresses. So, if your email addy of say myname@somewhere[dot][com is marked as being in use by a website, simply enter it as: my.name@somewhere[dot]com.

You can put the full stop anywhere within the bit before the @ sign, and you'll still receive email perfectly.

Alternately, just click the "lost password" link and your details will be sent to you.

cool

Thanks for the tip HTH ... however now I get a little further along "Please select the desired shipping method below:"

... but there are no shipping method options to select, on Safari or Firefox !

Roger, are you paying by Paypal?

If so, here's the order process:

1. Add stuff to your cart
2. Click on checkout
3. You then get sent to Paypal to login
4. Next click on buy
5. You are returned to Brooklyn's website, and given the "select shipping" option (which is I think stage 5)
6. You then need to tick a box which says "48 hour delivery" which I recall being ABOVE the confirm shipping button.
7. Then you (finally!) confirm your order

FWIW I'm using Firefox, and the button and shipping options definitely show.

Hi there, on check out for two sets it says £11.98 - does that get corrected when you actually pay? Thanks

Nope. Just checked, and it should say £3.98.

Delete your basket and try again, as it seems you're being charged £1.99 for one set and the other at the RRP of £9.99.

Thanks cb-uk sorted and ordered!

Thanks again HTH ... still no luck, no shipping listed even after clearing cache restarting etc, can't be bothered now, too many other more important things to do like sorting out my sock drawer ....

Bought 3, ta =]

I assume the 30(L) is 30cm, which is 1 foot, hardly ideal for shoe and clothing storage then as mentioned in the description ?

Tried my best to order but unable to select a delivery method. Used different browsers to no avail. They need to sort their site out to get new business.

Heat for the deal but cold for their web designer WebLogs.

Bought 2, ideal for tidying up bits n bobs. Ordered via Paypal, many thanks Op x

To be fair I guess they keep their eye on HDUK as I received a call from a very helpful lady who put me on to their 'engineer' chap who deleted my log-in info and I was then able to get the delivery option ... I guess if you 'contact' them they may be able to help anyone else who's having problems ...

Thanks OP, just ordered with no problems.

okay, i go on the site, click order
order through paypal, login with my paypal, click continue
click select shipping method
"Please select the desired shipping method below:" appears, but theres nothing to select so i cant continue?

There is a litlle circle on the left hand side that will say shipping £1.49 or £2.95 select it and then where the blue box says select shipping method, click on that blue box it will take you to the next page. I ordered 5 lots by paypal and was in and out in 5 mins. Eeezy peeezy.

I got the same problem, tried on IE, FF and chrome.
ill try again later.

Ordered no problem - thanks - just need to wait to get their first email and click unsubscribe!

Surely these are more like large lunch boxes than clothes storage boxes ??

Excellent thanks

Success at last after I received an email from them.

Return to page 2 and edit your addresses to ensure that all sections contain your county. This must be selected from the drop down menu. Save and continue to checkout.

My 3rd address was missing the county and was able to order once I added it.

cold because they cancelled my last order for deal of the day

Should I be able to see my order in the Order / Billing History section? It's not there and I've not had any emails.

My order, made with Paypal, about 30 mins ago shows in my order history. The only mail I've had is from Paypal.

But those are too small, aren`t they? you can only fit 1 shoe inside? 30x17x11.5cm?
I think I pass on this one.

Thanks. The first time when I clicked "place order" it took me to a page of adverts and I assumed that was the point at which the ordering process was finished. It's only because I looked for and couldn't find my order code did I suspect that something had gone wrong.

In fact you have to scroll past the adverts to find the MasterCard SecureCode form. I've completed that and I now have an Order Number and Customer ID, so fingers crossed it seems OK now.

These are about the size of an ice cream tub. Here's a top tip.

Use old ice cream tubs instead.

Seems crazy to spend money on these.

Just ordered 6 packs - thank you. My shoe storage will soon be sorted

cool

Nebno6, the same happened to me. I logged in with my PayPal and then there were no shopping options to choose. I then just clicked on my account and then back to checkout and this time the delivery option appeared. Hopefully it'll work for you too.

Is this expired? coming up as £5.99 for me

One shoe in each box. Very handy.

You may even fit in a pair of flip flops together if you squash them up.

shakeyjake66

These are about the size of an ice cream tub.

That doesn't seem right to me.

By my maths 30cm x 17cm x 11.5cm holds a volume of around 5.8 litres. The corners of the box are probably slightly rounded which reduces the volume slightly but even so it's around 2.5 times bigger than an ice cream tub.
