1 TB of RAM, r u sure ?

1 TB of RAM, r u sure ?

Installed memory : 2048MB DDR2

HDD size : 1 Terabyte

If it really were 1TB RAM, this would be incandescent! LOL

As it is, this seems a pretty good deal with 2GB RAM and the screen included. Voted hot. You'd need to decrapify it, with all that rubbish bloatware on it, though.

LOL @1TB RAM in title

Not too bad of a deal, but as above mentioned the bloatware issue and even worse that it's vista... but you'd get bloatware with just about ANY shop bought PC anyway so that's just par for the course.

Whoops!Sorry about that!

u really can't go wrong at this price nice one

trying to resist buying this for the mother in law.... will check again tomorrow

Just a heads up.....

The hard-drive is only 5400rpm not the usual 7200rpm.

It is the WD caviar green (green power HDD).

I was going to buy the Packard Bell ixtreme x6220,until i found out it uses the same HDD as this.

The slower speed is not a problem for me,but the constant parking/unparking of the heads is.

It does this to save power when idle, trouble is,it does this after only 8 seconds ........Which can and does cause problems with video streaming and gaming (gaming not a problem with this PC).

Be aware that a lot of companys are now using these "green drives" (HP,Packard Bell,Acer,DELL) .........Especially if 1TB or above.
