Intel® Core™ i3-540 (3.06 GHz)
3GB DDR3 Memory
500 GB Hard Drive
DVD±RW
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Was looking at Scans DIY bundle this weekend, and then noticed this. It has a 500GB hard drive as opposed to Scans 1TB and 1GB less ram... but comes with Windows® 7 Home Premium and obviously the added benefit of it being pre-built, also has HDMI-out so handy for a Media Center PC. Good price IMO.
Also £8.48 cashback via Topcashback.

The Packard Bell iMedia I4523uk Refurbished Desktop PC comes powered by the Intel® Core™ i3-540 Processor, and has Microsoft's 64-bit Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium operating system pre-installed. This desktop PC has 3GB of RAM and a roomy 500GB hard drive, giving you plenty of storage room for multimedia files.

Affordably priced, the iMedia I4523uk is fully loaded with features that make it a great home PC. Its built-in DVD-RW burner, supported by a built-in Intel HD Graphics card, means you can watch movies - and easily burn your own media files - while it boasts a suite of connectivity options that will smoothly integrate it into any home network, including eight USB ports, an HDMI slot and VGA connection and a media card reader. Comes complete with wired keyboard and mouse.

An attractive desktop PC that combines performance, flexibility and a great price, the Packard Bell iMedia I4523uk Refurbished Desktop PC will keep you connected!

This refurbished desktop has been professionally checked, tested and repackaged. It comes with a reassuring 12-month warranty and offers fantastic savings over the 'as new' price.

It is because it was only £219 2 weeks ago and some people including myself got it for £187.
I will not vote hot or cold though.

Packard Bell are not a good make, the specs usually look decent but they cut corners which badly effects performance
