Paco Rabanne XS Pour Homme Aftershave 100ml for £10 @ Boots

Right now, this is half price at £15 in Boots. However, whenever you spend more than £10 in store, you also get a voucher for £5 off fragrances.

I didn't know this until I'd bought the aftershave. I then bought another bottle and used my voucher. Then I returned the original bottle I'd bought. Took about 2 minutes in total and you get a pretty decent aftershave for only 10 quid! :-)

Edit: To get the £5 voucher, you only need to spend £10 in store in anything.

Another good one is the Davidoff Adventure EDT 100ml for £24.99 with the voucher.

Haha love the sneaky voucher use! That's how you do it!

Hehe, cheers bud! The best and only way to use vouchers!

it'll be someone's luck that they get refused a refund and end up with 2 bottles just as they are skint.

its always been £10 at TJ Hughes. thanks.

Why would that happen? Everything will still be sealed and brand new. There's no way they'd refuse a refund.

Well yeah they could if they felt to many people were doing it and clicked. They don't have to accept unwanted goods back for a refund. So it's a possibility.

It doesn't have be another bottle of aftershave. You only have to spend over £10 in store on anything.

As mentioned a store doesn't have to give a refund but as you say you could buy something else for £10 then get the voucher. I am surprised that this deal has not gone cold based on the trickery / 'oh you have to buy something else' to get this price, which happens all too often on this site and some of the comments left in the past. Its a deal if you need to buy something first of all, but if not well its not quite a straight forward deal.

I will see if I get a voucher this week when I pick up my order for my new toothbrush then buy some splash

Have to agree it's not really a deal. It's a "if you do this and this and this, then you get the "deal". And it's all stuff you shouldn't be doing.

Surely if you return the original purchase they would have the right to ask for the £5 off voucher back as it was part of a promotion! The deal on the aftershave is good but your methods ain't I'm afraid.

PLEASE ADJUST PRICE THIS PRICE TO £15

THis is NOT a deal....you have to buy something else for £10 to get THIS for £10...so in effect this isnt a deal for £10 as you have to spend £20 really.

NEEDS CHANGING TO £15 with a little note to say you CAN get it for £10 if you spend another £10

Yes but if you're planning on getting some shopping in Boots anyway, then its a good deal. I'm starting my xmas shop tomorrow so this'll be a pressie for dad sorted

Thanks for the post, I have found it useful, despite all of the moaners, because I already have a couple of the vouchers.(_;)

Ok complain about the moans but we could go on all day listing items that would be cheaper if we used a voucher. Many people get shot down for doing such. Ok the post is a deal with a saving the matter is you have to jump through hoops before you get it. Plus as mentioned any vouchers or freebies given with the original purchase do have to normally be returned too if you are returning the first item for a refund.

I threw one of these vouchers away mind you they never have any decent offers on in my Boots.

Ok, used the voucher I already had (don't remember jumping through any hoops) to get Tommy Hilfiger (30ml EDT) for £7 - its on offer at £12 - also got another voucher in the process (oh these damn hoops) so I'll probably use that for the XS for an Xmas present. Fortunately I, like other have found this post useful and bagged a good deal - if only that was what this site was for!

I bought the Versace Blue Jeans fragrance last week on the £10 offer. Should I have got one of these vouchers, then?
