Although I'm not convinced 'you'll get what you pay for' is a fair comment. I'm willing to bet you could get something a lot better from Richer Sounds for £100...they just won't look so impressive!

These look ridiculous, and am betting my downward firing Yammy sub will put out a much nicer bass than those 4 6.5" efforts.

12 speakers for £100, so probably £5 per speaker, sounds quality.

I'll put it another way then.... You may as well spend £100 on a bag of $**t.

Ok mate ill put it this way. Based on what????

Bigger is not always better with speakers. This is even more true when you are only spending £100.

Based on everything you obviously don't know.

Lol forget it. i was enquiring why they where a bag of poo? u start giving me attitude??? u have commented 3 times and not once have u said oh i know someone who bought these and they wasnt that good or i play my DJ hero with these connected and the crackling really bothers my mum!!!

Its comments sections and yeah some of my deals do go cold which is fair enough but when ya come in with non constructive comments talking about bags of poo? Doesnt really help anyone does it chief??

They are constructive. Myself and others are telling you the speakers are rubbish for the money. You only have to look at them to see that. Get yourself a pair of Q Acoustic bookshelves for them sort of pennies.

DJ Hero and my mum??? Next you'll be asking if I want to play conkers.

Same level as these

Yes a fort...But the build wouldnt be very sound though mate...(_;)

They are pretty, but I'm not falling for it with a name like Skytronic, they probably have a yellow label on the back with Value range written on it.

Good thinking lol
But I like them huge

Am I missing something here ?

They are advertised as 4 way - this would mean four units in the speaker producing sound. I count 1 tweeter, one possible (gold) midrange and 4 drivers/woofers.

That would mean two of the speakers in this unit aren't actually speakers ?

I'd love to put 300w RMS through one of these and see what happens lmao.

The number of 'way' can often refer to how many 'ways' the internal crossovers splits the signal between, each of these frequency ranges can then be sent to one or multiple drivers. Most speakers just have one drive at the end of each of the channels coming from the crossover so that is why most people assume it refers to number of drives. As will all speakers, the way the tech specs are described has no hard and fast rules and different manufacturers often just make up their own method to describe the speakers how they want. The most common fudge of tech specs is the power handling and I also suspects these would disintegrate if you put much more than 150w RMS through them!

there £99 for a reason they run at 4 ohms which is basically a car speaker 88 decibel is not that easy to drive for a budget amp which would go with these and theres not a hope in hell they would go down to 20hz the build quality is as good as a 4 year old can do and the sound is distorted you get what you pay for if your 12 year old and just want to impress your mates but dont care if it sounds sh ite buy these otherwise save a few quid more and get a proper set of speakers

Nearly fell off me toilet seat reading all these nice comments about these sucky speakers
