This is a fantastic plasma TV. And what an offer M&S are offering, how many more offers can they put on one product? This TV has £100 off, has a free home cinema. You also get free delivery and a free 5 year guarantee. They are offering this offer on a variety of TVs.
They also have a few similar offers on Sony TVs as well. I just placed my order I think you should too.

Not a cheap price for this TV alone, don't know what the free surround system is like though.

Is Amazon offering a five year guarantee? It looks like its separate and charged, so not really cheaper than this and only the TV

I don't understand why having a guarantee for X years is so much of an issue for people. Provided you haven't mistreated your telly (chucked water over it for example) then you have 6 years to go back to the people you bought it from (not the manufacturer) and say that under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, you expect them to repair/replace the product at no cost to yourself as the item is not durable and fit for purpose.
