Anyone know a decent 37inch that wont break the bank?

Nice one ! Love the fact that you get a 5 year guarantee from M&S and now their prices have improved a lot too.

Absolutely stonking deal - cheapest by far for what you get for the best TV in its class.

best price soo far and with 5yrs warrenty!

Dam it why no deals on the 46" version, the one i want!

Still heat all theway

Can confirm Quidco tracked £32.89 for this order bringing the set to an astonishing £624.83!!!

what makes this one so much better than the one posted yesturday for about £400 and something from M&S with the quarantee - sprry a bit clueless

Ordered as well - can't not really take advantage of this. How long did your quidco take to track?

It says it is comes with freesat HD.

Does this mean it comes with the satellite dish required for freesat, or just that the tv has a built in freesat decoder?

If it doesn't come with satellite dish, does anyone have a rough idea of how much they cost?

Thanks.

Its a newer model for a start. HD Freeview built in. 1080p. Nice deal

amazing TV - amazing price too - My bro got one for approx 800 quid and its the best money he has ever spent. No one has watched his and not said its the best image they have seen - they all refuse to accept he only spent 800 on it as many of them have spent 1000+ on LCDs and cry when he switches his on ! In fact it looks pretty slick switched off too . . .

Bought one last week from pixmania for £660 never looked back, absolute steal at this price-awesome TV

Because this is quite simply the best TV in its class, cheapest you can get it for elsewhere with an equivalent guarantee is about £750 and that is getting pricematches out of John Lewis.
Full HD and with a freesat HD tuner built in so you only need to run an extra wire from your sky box to get HD Freesat with no extra cost.
This TV is the class leader and this pricve is currently the cheapest around - factor in the Quidco and its even cheaper.

Great Deal and Excellent TV, I bought my one for 799 from JL

It has a built in freesat decoder. A 46 or 60 cm dish can be picked up for about £20 odd on the Bay although if you have a sky dish already you should be able to wire it into that (if the LNB has enough ports). A bit of cable and connector made up by your local electrical shop and youshould be all set to get Freesat HD.

Brilliant deal, and according to this review it has Freestat AND Freeview tuners.

I live in a flat that has no external walls (we are in the roof - so all sloping with slates not bricks), so cannot fix a satellite dish... would a small caravan satalite pointing out of a window give good enough reception for the freesat?

Cheers

Amazing price!

Best to ask a qualified TV engineer, but I can't see that being an ideal set up. Bearing in mind it's digital, like freeview, so in effect, it's either 'on' or 'off'.

The other benefit with this is the delivery is included, as is the setup and installation, normally extras at most other places.

HOT just ordered one! NICE. The only worry is the reciept does not mention anything about a 5 year warranty?

Can also confirm..

I am a very happy man. Just need to explain to the missus now.

I did want the 50" or the 46", but for this saving... You gotta do it ...

Hello,

Can anyone clarify what is meant by 'free installation' ? Will they wall mount it for me is required ?

Seems a gr8 deal !

Thanks

Anyone got any advice on a Wall mount?

Would like one with an arm so can pull it outward and rotate sidewards to view at a angle..

Any experts out there?

Mine has not tracked yet, although only ordered a few mins ago. Still a bit concerned about the warranty, printed off the website page for what good that is.

AWESOME Deal! Just ordered one. Was worried after I'd entered all the payment info, but sure enough on the next screen all the discounts were applied. And Quidco too!! Thanks. Heat and rep added.

Gonna cry  as I got this TV with the last deal which was £928 after quidco and included a home cinema dvd system.

This is sniff over £300 pounds cheaper and its only been on my wall for about a month.

Class telly. Was in fine form this morning till I seen this post :viking:

I have this TV and it is outstanding. With the 5 Year Warranty included this is an absolute steal. As well as all the normal channels ( freesat.co.uk/ind…ain ), the FreeSat tuner also gives you BBC HD and ITV HD (when they are transmitting, usually things like Football). BBC iPlayer is going to be tested on FreeSat very soon ( telegraph.co.uk/tec…tml ), with a view to it going out permanent early next year. As Copperface states, you will need a Dish to receive FreeSat. You can use your Sky dish (if you have one), as long as you have a free port on the LNB. For those that don't know, the LNB looks something like this one...

http://www.satellitesuperstore.com/images/sky4outlnb.jpg

You will see it on the end of a bracket facing the Satellite Dish like this...

http://www.satcure.co.uk/accs/skylnb/DishView.jpg

Now the difference in those two pictures is the amount of ports each LNB has. You will see the top picture of the LNB alone, has 4 ports. The LNB in the picture where it is attached to the Dish, only has 1 port. If you want to run a separate line for the FreeSat Decoder on this TV you will need an LNB with more than one port. If you no longer have Sky TV but still have the dish and LNB on the wall, then you could use the old wire (or run a new one from the old LNB). Just plug that into your FreeSat Decoder on the back of the TV. If you have a dish but only have a single port LNB then you can change the LNB very simply. They just slide onto a bracket. So you could change your single LNB for a Quad and still have Sky and run a new wire for the FreeSat. Here's reasonably priced Quad LNB... satbuyer.co.uk/sky…tml

http://www.satbuyer.co.uk/images/detailed_images/sky_quad_lnb.gif

Hope that helps some of you.

Credit where Credit's due, well done to Mr Wedge for posting. This is HOTTER than a HOT thing on fire. BUY IT!!!!

As far as I'm aware, installation is unpacking, removal of packaging, fitting of stand and connecting aerial leads. But it definitely doesn't include installation of a satellite dish and cabling.

This is such a fantastic deal for probably the best mid-range plasma on the market.

Dam just ordered this from amazon the other day there, not even delivered yet. does anyone know if amazon still so the post price match

Great price - I have the exact same one and paid £800 for - wouldn't change it for the world !

Agh!! I showed this site to my girlfriend a while back and she just called to tell me about this deal.... I thought I should ban myself from this site as it was costing me a fortune but it just got worse now the two of us are checking it out....

Well the TV has both built in.

Freesat is via a satellite dish pointed at 28.2 degrees east ( same as UK sky ) and gives a better easier to obtain reception for me, unless heavy rain.

Freeview is via an airial,

Mostly the same channels, but the freesat does HD too, bbc HD and itv HD

It does both, so you can have either/and/or as its purely down to you. There are different channels on both as you say.

Hi, hubby at work, but we are going TV shopping tomorrow on his day off!!!! what to!?!
We are getting virginmedia installed on Thursday, completely baffled with all the extras this tv comes with, can I still use virgin media as well as these extra channels?
Is it worth getting, someone tell me what to do! thanks!
