I think this is a rebadged panasonic. I have this exact tv and picture quality isn’t that good at all. This is in my bedroom as i have a Panasonic OLED in living room
This or the TX-50GX800B

I would get the 800 if i was you. As that is a genuine Panasonic panel. Not the rebadged crap

It's manufactured in a factory to Panasonic specifications, it's not made in a Panasonic factory (800b and up are), however it isn't a rebadged Vestel.

The panel isn't manufactured by Panasonic, it uses the same 58" Innolux panel that Vestel also use across their many brands, in addition to most other 58" LCD TV's.

It's not rebadged. It's a genuine Panasonic, but it's manufactured by a third party (as in it's designed by Panasonic), GX5XXb and GX6XXb are re-badged Vestel TV's.

The currently unreleased HX7XXB series (2020) are re-badged Vestel units, in addition to the HX5XXB and HX6XXB.

correct - GX700 is panasonic whilst the HX isn't.
Is there an easy way of knowing who the manufacturer of these is? Obviously, I'm trying to avoid the Vestel units.
I see the TX-50GX800B gets a mention here. Is the 40 inch version of that non Vestel too?
Also, these are B. There's a BZ too. Any good?

The reviews are always a good indicator. This one gets terrible reviews as so most which Panasonic do not produce themselves.
