Great BluRay player for a great price £49.99 with code at Very L74XG.
Should be £79.99 but the code gets you £30 off your first order when you open an account with them. Must be over £60 to get the £30 off. Just make one order pay it off then don't buy anything else.

Is Very Littlewoods?

Are you sure that code is not just specifically for you to use?

welcome to code hell

Oh dear. Looks like a good deal, but just waiting for all the cold votes to come in. Unfortunately, the words 'Very' and 'discount code' are like red rags to a bull for HUKD users.

Just checked my email and I have a £25 off £40 spend voucher code....time to shop.

Original Poster

it was a voucher from superdrug I've opened 2 accounts today and saved £60 its just the code that counts on any purchase over £60 but thought the blurry was a good buy especially for £49.99

Not a very encouraging reaction to your first deal is it? Sorry....

Don't be put off posting...some people had very bad experiences with Very/Littlewoods a few years back where they totally ripped the a**e out of voucher codes (company at fault really for not preventing it) but then got stung when Shop Direct charged back all the discounts that should never have been approved and people ended up having to pay the inflated catalogue prices for the stuff they were trying to scam out of the company for next to nothing.

If you've got a valid voucher code, then you will definitely get a good deal on something, especially when they have a sale on. I've got 7 different Shop Direct accounts (from the days when they had loads of different brands) and only ever used genuine codes sent to me, and had some excellent deals with no hassle at all. This would be scorching hot if exactly the same deal was being posted at Tesco or Amazon, but sadly too many people here will vote anything cold if it has Very in the title - they could be giving it free and it would still be cold. Shame, as lots of good deals get missed now because people won't post them due to the cold votes.

Excellent, looks like it's open to the general public. Thanks for the info.

I'm looking at Panasonic 3D Blu-ray Player DMP-BDT110EB (down to £109.00), good price for £79 with the Star Wars Trilogy on Blu-Ray free from Panasonic.
