Very good, thanks.

Cold Panasonic's Customer Service must be by far the worse ive ever dealt with

I wonder what sort of customer service people expect if they're buying a stereo system for £34.50

Does it have a usb port?

I looked at the specs online, it says it has USB.

A full range speaker system with Bass Reflex gives you 10 watts of rich, engaging sound that makes the most of your favourite music.

The radio includes 30 FM presets and 15 AM presets, so you can access all your favourite stations easily.

The Panasonic SC-PM04 micro hifi system also lets you connect MP3 players via USB and enjoy all your digital music through stereo speakers. You can also set the sleep timer so you can fall asleep to your music or the radio.

Useful info:

10-watt RMS total output
30 FM presets and 15 AM presets
CD, CD-R/RW and MP3
USB playback
4 settings: Heavy, Clear, Soft, Vocal
Play/sleep timer
Full range speaker system with Bass Reflex

I was Talking about a much more expensive purchase and they Don't want to know About it

For what it's worth, Which? gave this 66% in their review. Not a bad score considering the price - there's only one hi-fi below £150 that scored better (a Pioneer at £140 got 68%). The worst of the 'Best Buys' scored 73% and is five times this price.

Got two of these, my daughter has one in her bedroom, my wifes got one in the kitchen .

They are great for what they are and don't take much room up .

Does this have AUX input?

The Q&Ad on Amazon state it will play audio from ipod through the USB port. Not sure if it'll charge as well, but there is no specific dock.

I agree first time I have ever had a company stick rigidly to their 12 month warranty, item went faulty after 18months and refused to fix for free, didn't want to know, every time I contacted them got a cut and paste response showing empathy and understanding but basically saying tough. Luckily bought from Amazon who refunded even after 12 months, now that's great customer service. I know my contract is always with the retailer but thought a company as big as Panasonic would have bent over backwards to fix their faulty products!

I bought the HC39 version of that from Panasonic on Ebay too but had to return it as it would not pick up any stations.

Really? I thought most places would stick to their defined warranties verbatim, although I agree Amazon are very good about returns. My problem with warranty periods are that they're garbage to start with - 12 months warranty does not suggest a manufacturer has faith in a product.. bah! Anyways heat added!
