OP .. "Found @ Sainsbury's London Tottenham", as in Tottenham Hale?, or Tottenham Court Road?. :-)

And how many of them were on the shelf too?.

Thanx.

Sounds like, lol.
are people still using landline phones in 2018? seems so archaic.

Landlines always have 100% signal and if you have a decent one then they tend to be much much clearer than mobile lines.

Maybe not that good for most people but if you do any amount of work from home... I love mine.
None in Sainsburys sale, just a small clearance section where a single Pana handset (not this model) was reduced to £25 !

my mobile line is actually clearer than my landline as we have a terrible landline connection. mobile connections are quite good these days, even in less populated areas.

Unlimited Internet access via land-line connections, for only £20 - or LESS?! (try telling me you can rock the same via ANY Mobile SIM Card? - anywhere?).

Or am I mistaken ...

Regardless of how we otherwise choose to see things, there's literally pro's and con's with any 'system' basically?.

Simple as that?. :-)

we have a landline as we need it for internet access but we don't use landline phones. there is the landline rental fee to add to your £20 internet fee. you can get fibre broadband without the need for landline, which is faster and cost about the same. i saw one in the deal section a few days ago.
Anymore of these around London?
