Sorry to poopoo your deal OP, but this camera has been available for £200 many times over the last 18 months. Better to wait for it to drop unless you're desperate for this camera immediately.

I couldn’t tell the difference and still has Panasonic 12 month warranty
I've had the previous model, the FZ72, for a few years and it's been great. This looks like a decent upgrade.

In terms of value for money this, because it can be had for £200 or less if you have a little patience.

The P900 is also rather on the large and heavy side for a bridge camera. This isn't exactly compact but it's still only 2/3 the weight.

Very impressive zoom - was it on a tripod?

The zoomed in (circled) image of the aircraft above

Seems to me to show it at a very odd angle as if it was flying upwards relative to the camera at an angle of maybe 40 degrees which is a strange thing to be doing above London.

I have no idea about plane angles in certain areas I'm afraid
This isn't a deal. This is just how much the camera costs. Like someone said above, it's been £200-220 for months

Thanks mate. Really good but when I look at he pic quality on 50" tv it's really bad quality. But to be honest the bigger the tv the worse the pic quality will be I guess

checked on my 70" and I see your point
I have an FZ72 which I used for years (£200 refurb Panasonic outlet),excellent quality, but have now switched back to a Canon SLR because of the shutter delay on the Panasonic. Don't expect one of these to capture the moment when you press the shutter, otherwise can't fault it.
Costco does this one every now & again for about £200-215.
