u have to include the quidco in the full price. it is not guaranteed, and not everyone uses it. from what i hear, you will probably not get it from bestbuy, as people seem to be having loads of problems with higher value items.

if this wasnt from bestbuy, i would jump at one of these

Bestbuy cashback is a sore point on these forums at the moment!

brilliant, didn't think any good deals were going to turn up before the £30 offer ran out.

only buy this if you are willing to pay £190.94. because that is how much it will probably cost you

Been posted before that you only get Quidco, etc if you can get Home Delivery (not available on Reserve & Collect??). Unless I'm too late the only ones showing on this deal are Reserve & Collect.

why did you cancel? Never had any issues with quidco over the years if it doesn't track i will just send an enquiry, why would best buy up their cash back for them not to pay. Think you made mistake cancelling as by the look of things home delivery stock will be gone in the next few hours

yes quidco are helpful. I had an issue with payment from 3 they resolved it and got it paid but took some time like 22 months. by the time i received the 18 quids from quidco i ran into another year and they took another 5 pounds off before paying me.
I Lost my TRUST in QUIDCO oflate. when the same service is free from TCB and they are as helpful as quidco why would you want to pay them.
Recently I had contacted quidco helpdesk on couple of tracked transactions from e2SAVE but did not turn into validated and paid, the answer was very rude and they said its not guaranteed that I would receive the amount and the time it takes can be as long as it can and they have no control over it.
shame quidco.

I have been with quidco around 3 years and never had a problem. Clocked up £1500 in cashback so i can't complain about £5 a year. Looks like all the stock has gone!

I think I got the last silver one as none show available now. hoping the Quidco goes through - why shouldn't it? Even if it doesn't track correctly, has anyone actually been denied payment after raising a missing cashback query?

Anyone swap a black or red for my silver one ;-)

if everyone is as happy as you're with quidco, why then every deal posted in here asks not to take the quidco cashback for granted. and why there are numerous threads on MSE complaining about unpaid cashbacks from quidco? The fact that quidco charges £5 annual fee is not free (like tcb) and hence quidco are supposed to do a better job than TCB but unfortunately they are not doing it. when a same service is avialable for free of charge from TCB why pay annual £5 to quidco?

Reserve and Collect for all colours. Plus Best Buy are very dodgy. They won't allow me to transact anymore because they keep flagging me on their fraud system. They've just told me that you get locked out for 24 hours and then if you try again within 24 hours you get locked for 30 days.

i have to agree with you on this. quidco service has been appalling. For the last few months quite a few of my transactions did not track so had to raise enquires for each and one of them. At first they were trying to be helpful but at the end it turned rude and was told that there is nothing wrong with their system and to use another computer to use their service. What idiots!

If you use TCB you get 20.2% cashback and also on the panasonic website it states that if you purchase the camera by 19th Jan and put in the claim form by 28th Feb you can still get the £30 cashback from panasonic. panasonic.co.uk/htm…tml

The OPS post is misleading as it's not £155 as you can't rely on getting cashback.

I have to say that generaly quidco are very good. But they are difficult to deal with when something doesn't track. They obviously don't have enough employees or an effective enough tracking system.

I still delete my cookies before logging in to quidco which is what was always recommended when quidco first appeared. Otherwise it can appear to the merchant that you've not gone through them because a diffferent cookie was there first.

Not happy with Quidco any more - they used to be 100% effective and never had any issues - now only about 50% of things track and even those that do I've had some declined months down the line, have tried to raise enquiries as soon as declined and it hasn't allowed me. Quidco should definately not be included in price - it's still always worth going through cashback sites but it's definately not guaranteed.

Expired because the price of £155 is now impossible to achieve because you can only reserve for instore and quidco isn't available via that option.

my quidco tracked at £43.20 so better than I thought. So managed to get it for £147.74!

You must have beat me to the silver one by seconds! I'll keep my eyes out for another one to swap but I think that was the last chance of 20% Best Buy Quidco + £30 Panasonic Cash back. Well done to those of you that got them and PM me if you want to sell it on! Gutted to miss it - been looking for the last week or so.

Heat added earlier but all long gone now!

I switched to topcashback ages ago and so far they have been tops ! They email me when I get a new transaction on tracking plus loads of other good points- not had to chase anything yet though.

Right, I'm going to do the same... another untracked item from quidco which should have been over £40.... will put in another enquiry then head to TCB for anything further!

Well done! Glad someone got the cashback, how long after purchase did it take to track?

BestBuy are a busted flush. Everyone knows that the cash back will track - but will eventually be declined. They do pay the odd one or two, just to keep the punters coming. CON ARTISTS!

Update on my TZ10 order; I called Best Buy to enquire if my order had progressed. They said that it appeared that it was out of stock for home delivery, sorry we didn't call you to let you know. Anyway, the staff member said she would call the buyers and give me a call back. Got the phone call an hour later with the news that the Panasonic TZ10 has been DISCONTINUED and Best Buy would not be receiving any more from Panasonic. My order was cancelled.

So there we have it - the TZ10 has been discontinued (or is about to be)
Watch out for some deals just before the new model is released - hopefully!

Ahhh nice oh well my tz10 turned up this morning and for £147 cant complain. Besides I would guess the tz20 will have a hefty price tag just as the tz10 did when launched
