Great price-shame it's OOS at co-op where it was £10 cheaper. Ordered on credit card, but has anyone bought from this company? (Website seems slightly dodgy). Just done some research and looks fine: trustpilot.co.uk/rev…com

never mind the company... just check the vac first. the sweeper bit is the width of a chieftan tank... brill if you have to vac a football pitch, not so hot if you manouevre around twee bits of furniture. plus it weighs a ton... there's supposed to be a lite version of this but it's never on offer...

my little ol' mammy swaears by the duronic baby sweeper thing that i bought off a recommendation on here...

Great vac and great price

Bought one a couple of months back from Co-op with 6 yrs guarantee. It's a great machine. Really pleased with it.

Shopped with electricshop many times, I checked last night and there was a few marketplace sellers on Amazon such as Hughesdirect and Tribal selling at same price.

seems good after cashback

I just hope it's better than the older model which has a terrible filter that clogs up and is a s0d to clean

have this vacuum and it's great, heat added

Does anyone know if you definately get the £40 back from Panasonic?

Thanks OP. Bought to go in the "in case" cupboard. Heat

So is cash back automatic or do you have to call someone?

forget that I see the form at the bottom

great find opp , i owned this over a year now and we paid £74 on special offer so this for 45 is a must for anyone wanting a excellent machine that delivers , it has brilliant suction and agitates the carpet to lift everything , upto now this it the best hoover we have owned , biggest downside to this hoover is the lead is way to short but we opened it up and extended but beware this can void the warranty ,so play say by having an extension lead on instead , next negative is it heavy but you accept it because it gives you a good workout and you know its a great heavy duty machine

£5 less at … £5 less at Bealshttp://www.beales.co.uk/559940-panasonic-eco-max-upright-vacuum-cleaner-mcul424

does ian beale give you cashback...?

i feel like buying another one to keep upstairs and my other twin pani downstairs

Changed my mind as seems 1200w is only suitable for occasional use so think I need a more average rather than light wattage.

I bought a similar panny vacuum cleaner last year for about this price and I thought it was amazing considering the 5 year guarantee. What I would mention is this. To maintain the terms of the 5 year guarantee you need to buy new filters that can cost over £50. and I think you are suppose to do this every year. Now you would have to be mad to do that given you could buy a new one for £30 more so I haven't, so I guess can kiss goodbye to my warranty. Saying that it is a good cleaner even though it weighs a ton and I suspect it will last many years to come if I clean out the filters manually.

Hughes direct might be the cheapest option currently. £83.99 but there is a 3% discount code 'SPRINGHUGHES' that takes it to £81.47 and there is 4% cashback at topcashback for hughes direct. This assumes the cashback will track if you use the 3% off code. That gets you the vacuum for less than £40 after cashback.

From Hughes Direct - will you be getting £40 cashback - its not mentioned anywhere on on their website
- as it is on electricshop website very clearly.

I just phoned their Freephone number, and they said all uk retailers qualify except amazon market place and ebay

I had a Panasonic vacuum cleaner for 6 trouble-free years. It took a lot of abuse, seeing an extensive house renovation and probably picked up more dust than 3 vacuums normally see in their lifetime. I'd recommend them, especially at this (after cashback) price.

Yeah, verified via the 0800 on the Panasonic offer.

Not that hard to found out, note.

electricshop offer has expired its up to £99.95 now so £60 after cashback.

bought this a month ago when the dyson stopped picking up (well past it) bought this when it had the 6 year guarantee, cost about £69 delivered, was a bit skeptical as was my dyson loving husband but its great, I have a mix of carpet and tiles and works great on both the best bit is the attachment that goes on that I use for the stairs, The brush on the attachment rotates and makes for easy stair vacuuming, we are really pleased, personally I don't think its too big or heavy goes round our house fine.

Bournemouth Beales had it for £79.99.

The UL592 won a Which best buy a 2 or 3 years ago and in many ways looks similar to this model now.

I looked at that site but the reviews are terrible and the site looks very amateur.

Hughes direct is also a bit cheaper when you factor in topcashback and using the 3% off voucher and they are normally excellent. You can select your delivery day on the order page.

Hi,

I ordered from Beale and now hope I receive the vacuum. I just read the review on the reviewcentre........does not look good......

You'll probably be alright, this looks like it could be a drop shipping arrangement where the retailer takes the orders but the goods are despatched from Panasonic directly for online sales.

Got one of these from Argos a year or so back fantastic vacuum, put my dyson to shame. Highly recommended. Just remember to turn on the turbo boost when you start using it

I ordered yesterday with Beele and still no email to confirm when they will be sending it.

Only email I received was to state they have received my order (taken my money)

Hughes Direct also has the same 4% cashback via Quidco..
just ordered via Hughes Direct...delivery scheduled for 10th April

Got one from Hughes in store, paid 83.99, seems like an improvement on my old Panasonic with a better filter and lighter, for 43.99 (after cash back) a total bargain

Cheers op voted hot

Didn't really want to spend the money, but excellent value so have ordered one from Hughes Direct.

Thanks golfer2007 !
