Beware, this is a "slimline" combination Panasonic oven and so does not actually have a convection heating element. Instead it relies on just the grill element to heat the cavity. Some people complain their "slimline" Panasonics burn the top of food whilst not cooking the bottom properly. I have a venerable old Panasonic "proper" combi which has given great service but will need replacing in the not so far future and I would not buy one of these slimline models.
I had quite a bit of bother with the Slimline combi 552 and 555 models, still for sale - think this one is a newer one.

I ended up splashing out on the NN-CF853WBPQ. Have a bit of an irrational fear of the Combi function as it's the programme that ended up killing the 552 and 555 (only had them both around a week, returned to Amazon).

I have read varying reports about the Inverter microwave system too, but not sure what the latest is with that.
A few years back, Panasonic microwaves were built like tanks, never went wrong and lasted almost indefinitely.

If only they still did........

Pretty much like all whitegoods these days... Made not to last
I bought the "premium" Panny model, I'm probably deluded!
