What problems?

Thanks I have updated the post....I thought the amazon deal had expired a few days ago but it clearly hasn't.
How many pairs of glasses do you get with this t.v? and how much is it to buy extra pairs?

Good price but is this TV actually available from Argos anywhere? If anyone has successfully ordered this TV from Argos I'd like to know.

Yep its a Fad. 3D should stay in the Cinema.

& Argos wants £130 for a pair of 3D glasses. I think i'll pass on that thanks.

This isnt even available at Argos
and who in their right mind is going to order from Argos over Amazon anyway ?

OP edit this for Amazon only , you know it makes sense !

I dont think a double deal from 2 seperate suppliers is allowed either ?

Probably the best value all-rounder TV at the moment, the lag response for online gaming is an incredible 16ms which for a current gen TV is amazing!
Guys why complain about Argos, ok there service is poo, but all u do is call panny and thy send engineer round no questions, I had a faulty 42" 2 years old had a little moan when went of and they sent one man out no charge.

Also I have this set as a upgrade from my 42 and it's spot on, don think u could buy a bette 50" for this price, also it's 3d and u don't even have to use it!
Do my head in these 3D tv's (should come with glasses as standard) Cars come with wheels as standard .....

Don't be a numpty! In the future all pictures will be beamed into your head so clearly don't buy any TVs ever again (even though glasses-free 3D TV is many years away).

Not petrol !
you can even buy consoles without games.....................How mad is that ?
I'd probably buy this if it had DLNA support.
Very good price for this set, although I agree it could do with better media support. Hot.

Anyone that says 3D is a novelty and are waiting for glasses-free 3D are just fooling themselves and/or simply don't understand the appeal. You do realise it's not red/green glasses any more right, lol.

It's funny how people still come onto threads and bang on about everything but whether the deal is hot or not - is it comparatively a good price for this set?

Who give's a f*** if you think 3D is crap - stop trolling and p**s off elsewhere.
dga's post kind of sums 3D up for me.

8-10 year olds are "Wow, this is cool"

Guy on left - "What am I looking at, are these things on"

Ford Focus RS driver in blue top - "Wow, my neighbours are gonna be so jealous"

Guy on the right - "My wife has left me, buying this might cheer me up"

I would for a start, can't understand all the hate for Argos, they've been fasntasic for me on more than one occasion, even offering me a full refund on an electrical item than packed up outside it's warrenty period.

From my experience whenever I've taken anything back they've offered me choice of refund or replacement, can't ask fairer than that IMO.
i'd love one of these

If you don't like 3D then sell the glasses - makes this even better value. Superb TV for the cash. Is Horace on holiday or has he been sectioned, I miss his comments?
