Thanks. I have reserved 1 of 2 left at my local branch.

Does anyone know what the base station and connections are like?

nice one showman!
I'll get these

My wife has one and they are not good at all!

Thanks just reserved last one at my local argos, should be good for some xbox 360 late night gaming

Update -------Did not collect these in the end due to high number of negative reviews

Showman 36 thanks - great for numpty like me who has no idea where they plug in or how they would work (not a techophobe, more like technoignorant). Hot deal, Panasonic decent brand cheers :-D

I got some wireless headphones for my TV from play.

They always seem to run out of batteries half way through a program.

I now just run a long audio lead from the TV.

WWWWWWWWWaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy less annoying.

Had originally posted that these would be no good for sitting on the lav if you're listening to telly or something from another room as I thought it was the IR ones , got my IR's and RF's mixed up . As long as they're FM they're fine for using from room to room . My husband uses his to listen to the radio on cable whilst walking about the house etc .

If they run out as argos always do - there £4.75 more from amazon amazon.co.uk/Pan…B7M

just reserved the last set from the metro centre, thanks

Bad reviews for this on Amazon.

Saw these yesterday while browsing through Argos. Found mostly negative reviews on Google so decided to leave it alone.

Totally defeats the object of having wireless headphones.

I have Sennheisers and the batteries last about 15 hours on average

Sounds like these headphones have the 'hissing' problem common to cheapo RF headphones.

Avoid. No matter how cheap, its a waste of money.

COLD

Seems kinda hit n miss to me. Some reporting perfect signal and sound while others report hissing and bad signal. Is there some kind of fault with a batch of these or is it stupid buyers with no clue how to use/configure them. I have reserved mines and will pick up today. Worst case scenario I take back for a refund.

I know these are good bit more expensive but they are really good Sennheiser RS110

Listening to Chamber music?

Sennheisers only for me every time.

Picked mine up an hour ago and listening to Springsteen while typing this message and I have to say, these are cracking headphones for the price.:)

Hardly a good benchmark for sound testing....Springsteen would sound equally bland through these headphones or £200 jobbies :whistling:

Seconded

I just reserved one at Salisbury Fisherton Street! There's one left now, if anybody is interested.

I'll post back after I get them about the quality.

I bought a pair yesterday as a short term replacement to my Sennheisers (I sat on them) and they are absolutely fine, easy solution to the hissing problem once you have tuned to the right frequency is turn the tv right up and then turn your headphones down hiss will disappear

I just got them from my Argos, AWESOME!

It takes a bit of tweaking with the tuning but I can go anywhere in the house and it's clear. Will be very useful for my hospital radio work :-). If you have any questions do feel free to PM me.
