The £49.99 is a different model. 200 rather than 208 in the model number. The 200 is exclusive to John Lewis and the 208 exclusive to Curry’s. Both are exactly the same size and seem to have the same specs though. Both are still on sale at £149.99.
Seems to be a few sites selling refurbished ones but this is the Panasonic Outlet and have used them twice before with no problems. Blu-Ray and Soundbar both immaculate.

Err No. Just said what I’d done didn’t tell anyone else to do the same.
Seriously I have no worries about buying the 2nd soundbar but won’t be able to use it till I get back off holiday in 2 weeks.
Just set up the first one in Spain and works as well as it did in the UK.
Setting up with HDMI ARC enables the Soundbar to turn on and off with the TV remote and lets TV remote control volume as well so the remote is just kept in a drawer unless needed to play music off phone

Sounds good.
Just set this up for a family member (to go with the 50" Panasonic TV I posted which is now sold out/expired)

Connected to HDMI 2 (ARC) on TV and voila, better sound. Having bluetooth is handy too for music though not everyone will use it.
Can't go wrong for £40 and looks brand new as far as I can tell. The sound is an improvement when turning up the volume but I'm not blown away by the audio quality though and I'd be gutted if I paid the £150 RRP.
Just recievdd this might sound daft but how do I set it up put a old sky hdmi wire in via arc but no sound ? Using old b7
