Make your very own crusty bread Panasonic SD-ZP2000KXC Croustina Breadmaker.

Bring the bakery to your kitchen with the Croustina. You can choose from a variety of hard crust options for your favourite artisan loaf - from a crusty whole wheat loaf to a lean Quinoa raisin loaf.

It doesn’t just stop there. With the easy-to-read display, you can make soft breads, pizza doughs, cakes and jams too.

Easily and automatically make a variety of authentic homemade treats with one push of a button right at home. With the dedicated gluten free modes there is no need to worry about intolerances, so you can tailor healthy breads and cakes specifically for your dietary needs.

Ignite your imagination with different tastes and flavours, with your choice of ingredients and wake up to aroma of freshly baked bread every morning for you, your family and guests to enjoy!

Our three new innovative technologies achieve solutions ideal for hard crust bread.

  • 1. Kneading – the newly designed combination of the blade and ribs in the pan helps develop a firm gluten, like the hands of an artisan replicating their kneading techniques.
  • 2. Rising - equipped with two sensors which gauge both the room temperature and internal temperature of the breadmaker. The program adjusts and controls the timing for the perfect dough fermentation ensuring it rises consistently every time regardless of the region or climate
  • 3. Baking - has been optimised to provide heat reflection for an oven like baking process. A crispy aromatic crust is brought to fruition by distributing heat evenly throughout, even to the top of the bread.

Gluten-free programmes
With the dedicated gluten-free bread programme it allows you to bake gluten free loaves using a wide range of gluten free flours for the convenience of freshly baked bread tailored specifically for your taste and needs.

Jam Programme
Add the perfect accompaniment to your delicious bread with a jam mode, you are spoilt for choice when creating your own home-made jams

Oval Ceramic Finish Pan
No more sticky pans! The durable ceramic coating prevents scratching from the tough texture of the hard crust bread.

Loaf size and Darkness Options (on selected programmes)

  • 2x size (Soft bread only)
  • Light, medium (Soft, Soft Rapid, Soft Raisin Rapid, Brioche)

Making the perfect bread couldn’t be simpler, on selected programmes you can determine the crust colour of your loaf by selecting the desired browning. The “Soft programme” also allows you to choose from two sizes for your desired loaf.

Digital timer up to 13 hours
Wake up to freshly baked bread the programmable timer allows you to decide when your bread will be ready, up to 13 hours in advance.

not sure. Leaving price aside, i just looked at some of the reviews on amazon for the same model.
Replaced this with the Panasonic SD-ZX2522 and am much happier, note this doesn't have the handy yeast/add-ins dispenser.
Panasonic are the only breadmakers to buy!
These are awesome for filling up any unused space in the back of the kitchen cupboards after the first few uses.

I have a previous generation Panasonic bread maker, which is quite a bit bigger than this, but we had a bigger space to fill in, so it was perfect. LOL

I thought that was gonna happen when I bought our bread maker. Surprisingly it's been used at least 2 or 3 time a week in the last 3 or 4 years and we couldn't go without it now.

Same here, i use mine 2 or 3 times per week, either with bread or dough (pizza & naan) I am now on my 3rd Panasonic bread maker as i keep wearing out the lining on the tins. My newest one was a great charity shop find though as i only paid £7.50 for it and it looks like new.

I believe it's quite easy to buy replacement tins (amazon.co.uk/Pan…8-5) so you're not hoarding machines

yes i know but given the option of a new tin for £50 or a whole replacement newer model for £7.50 it made for an easy decision on which one to go for.
