My thoughts exactly....is it cheaper somewhere else??

that is a really good find. I've got one so not interested in buying, but this is good!

Seems to be store specific. The lady I spoke to looked on the system and there was no sign of Panasonic ones at all.

is this in stock anywhere else is the more pertinent question.

Fantastic deal if you can get it. I got one for £40 from amazon a few years ago and this is the first time that I can remember seeing it come close to that price.

Superb machine.

Store specific irritates the hell of of me.
Isn't it the 255 that will add stuff and not this ?

Yeah that's right, but you can still manually add stuff to this one when you hear the beeps

I think you would have to be stood right next to it to hear it beep
I've never heard mine yet so always miss it

I have one of these and love it - Panasonic still gets good reviews and my bread has been well received. With the imminent increase in bread prices, I will be using it more. Having missed the "Beeps" on a number of occasions & lost the opportunity to put in the seeds in, I would like the 255 but this is a good price and heat added

I have the very same model: bloody brilliant. Lovely bread. Perfect results every time and (bonus!) NO CLEANING REQUIRED!! (Well maybe just a bit - a wipe with a bit of kitchen roll perhaps). This is a serious bargain at this price. But even at the full RRP I would wholeheartedly recommend!

I just picked one up for £48.94 at Sainsburys London Colney (Hertfordshire) so definitely not store specific. Got the last one on the shelf, it was pushed to the back so looks like there were originally 2 or 3 of them. Got a triple nectar voucher for spends over £50 with my shopping yesterday, so bought two boxes of yeast at the same time.

Some other Kitchen stuff is half price too (Tefal Actifry).

If Carlsberg made breadmakers.......

Me thinks too many people run down the page clicking Hot and Cold without taking much notice in order to gain the little badges under their names.

brilliant price for a brilliant breadmaker.

best breadmaker available

I love the smell of fresh bread. Worth £50 just for that. Shame my old one is still working. Get your flour in now as the prices are about to go through the roof due to the fires in Russia.

If you can get one, just buy it. Yes, the SD255 can dispense nuts and has a rye bread setting but I never use these. Bargain if available...

2 left in gloucester quays branch if anybody local is interested

Best breadmakers out there, by a huge margin. If you see one of these at this price don't think - just buy! You won't be disappointed.

None in any of the Edinburgh stores:(

Don't forget to store your flour in a air tight container to stop flour mites getting in

Thanks OP.

Picked up the last one from Colchester this afternoon.

Many thanx OP!! That's the wife's birthday present sorted! She'll be surprised it isn't a vacuum cleaner or an iron!

Just picked up the last one on the shelf at Ellesmere Port - even gave me another £5 off for it not having a box!

I've given it a wash and will have a "first firing" with some Wright's Parmesan and Sun Dried Tomato bread mix, hopefully ready for breakfast tomorrow.
