On a seperate note... the amount of power used when switched on is unreal! Contrast ratio isont anything to write home about either!

am guessing theres a mistake somewhere,i would imagine its a tad expensive if not lol £42,778.12

£42k is a little extreme isn't it? Not sure what FTCom means about unheard of brand as it's panasonic?

For the price alone i've voted cold!

This was to do with a comment made about a Sony Blue ray player the other day - guess it will make sense to those who had a good laugh reading it all and anyone looking at this post now.

FTCom beat me to it!

Price has just changed, now that is a steal....

Wow and I thought I was cooking on gas with my bad boy 55" Sony :w00t:

MM

P.S apparently if you sit to close it, it will pop your popcorn and give you descent tan ;-)

Good morning! You're welcome, enjoy your spanking TV that i am very jealous

TV and electric central heating in one!

will cover one entire wall in my living room

hence will save on 2 rolls of wallpaper...
so if i redecorate every week this will pay for itself in 59years

this site saves me money every day!

Also save me having to decorate the lounge wall as it will be covered, do you think my plasterboard walls will hold this if I wall hang it?

no free sat?

If I club together with everyone else on my street we can buy this and put it up on the wall across the street thus saving space and electricity and money for all of us.....just hope they don't mind watching as much porn as my erm neighbour does....

All i can say is soem people have more money than sence the price of this tv can get part of a house!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you really want to beat the jonses then why not just get a projection tv and screen like they have in pubs!!!!!!!

director Kevin Smith was given one of these by Panasonic cos he kept speaking about using their cameras to film his movies and pimping their products.

my next door neighbour has just built a huge wall in his garden to project out from his sun room... I'm anticipating light pollution and swarms of moths :-D

Dear me I could build a cinema room extension and install a 150" 1080p projector for less than this.

You have never seen a proper projector setup in a proper light controlled room then.

Do they supply you with a surgical support
to carry it home ?

Awesome deal, gunna sell my house, but keep the garage and set this TV up in it....

...oh im not sure it will fit :-(

Hmm, I was very tempted by this cheap deal, thinking it would look nice at the end of the bed...

And then I thought hold on a minute, in for a penny, in for a pound, it's a bit too small, what I really want is one of those nice Pansonic 200" LED Astrovision sets ...

slashgear.com/gal…jpg

Shortly after that, I woke up (Yawn), and realised, that I wasn't a footballer at all, and that blonde P3 wag I thought I was in bed with , was the wife (sorry!).

Got a few too many 9's on the end of that price tag for my wallet, but if you happen to be an MP, I'm sure you could put this down on your expenses? heat added just for the fun of it

Tbh, save the 40k and buy 40-60 50" plasma tvs and coat your home with them.

I love how the description says "Ideal for kids bedroom / guestroom"

REALLY?

And can anyone confirm if this has Freesat built in? lol

I have ordered 4. Need these for 360 degree view for the prevision electro-optical systems of my Dassault AVE-D Petit Duc.

i think LIDLs do a cheap wall bracket for this . that w.ill save a few quid :whistling:

Can you get the world cup matches on this one? ;-)

No S-Video socket? :x COLD!

Would be OK as a second TV in a bedroom I suppose.
