think price should read 999 not 99

seems a bit dear to me

yeah 42 incher pz80 can be had for 670... 50% more for 46" seems not really worth it

Bargain!

This TV with 5 year warranty is £1,270 at John Lewis... Dunno why everyone is voting cold.. :x

John Lewis aren't exactly the best retailer to use as a comparison although they price match bricks and mortar stores with stock so you would be able to get that price lowered quite easily and still get their 5 year warranty.

Best price I've seen with 5 year warranty is Empire Direct who have it priced at £968.93 here ]http//ww…612 using code EM5159 until the end of the weekend. Don't forget Quidco for an extra 2% cashback!

Sorry, gotta vote cold!

Love panny plasmas but I think the 46" models are a bit of an oddity. Most peoples first plasma is a 42" before they decide (usually after about 2 months) that they should have gone for a bigger one. Then most go for 50". This is a great TV at a decent price, I just don't think 46" has its place really.

£1,009.98 Inc. VAT with delivery from Empire - better just to go to PRC Direct and get it at the cheaper price above.

It's possible to collect in-store!! With Quidco included also it make it cheaper either way to get this set from Empire Direct!

Remember that Empire Direct have branches across the country not just a couple of branches in Essex. You don't need to go in-store to get the deal they have, you can get it online.

OK, thanks - how do I collect this in store and use the voucher and Quidco without paying delivery? There is no collect at store option at checkout unless I'm missing it?

You'll need to go through Quidco first (I don't know if you have an account but you'll need to have one with them to claim cashback). If you go to Empire Direct through the link in Quidco that will take you to the site and purchase that way.

When you go through the checkout, apply the voucher and when you go through to payment options, this should give you various methods by which to pay for the item. You can have the item posted or you can collect in-store and you'll be asked for your payment details and the card used will need to be presented in-store along with another form of id!

I bought a Bravia LCD a few months back and lost out on Quidco as the LCD I was after was part of a bundle that did not register under the code I had and therefore had to call customer services. I'm sure you'll be fine though as I've tried the code and it works ok so you should be able to collect from store, I think you'll be able to collect the same day also!

Thanks a lot for your help! have some rep... ;-)

Thanks for that.

I have had a bit of bad experience with PRC and one of the other shops on the same road as them, Empire Direct are a much more professional outfit.
