I think the title says it all really...

Includes 5 years Warranty AND 90 days no quibble return policy.

Nice 37" LCD TV with built in freeview and all.

Yes its true, you do have to pay for costco Membership, but even with this taken into consideration I believe the above price is the cheapest around with 5 years warranty.

Please note the deal will become valid from 02/03/09 - 15/03/09

A final, personal point, we only ever buy TV's from Costco, cant compare to their warranty and returns policy, it is top notch, and has been put to good use before

If you a employed 'professional', whatever that seems to mean, just take some ID, ie a payslip and driving license and go to the membership counter...and you should be done in minutes.... I think its 20 Quid to join atm for 12 months..however if someone on here lives locally...you could ask them to get it for you... Unfortunately looks looks like Il be using up the maximum allowance of 2 TV's per customer!

Now that's a nice deal, but just to be sure... you said:

What is the voucher part that you'd need? Or do you just mean that Costco membership is required?

Original Poster

To clarify...if your a member..you will get a voucher booklet in the post... but this is symbolic really...when the offer is valid..the vouchers will be available ten a penny in store and even at the checkout....the checkouts normally have a laminated copy of the vouchers! So essentially you just need to be a member!

£500.68 at Promactech.com (London-based) and looks like free delivery when you add one to your on-line shopping cart

It took me three attempts to even search the item successfully after various DB errors. Good price IF genuine. I myself have never heard of the company. More importantly do they give 5 year Warranty? AND is the Warranty as good as Costco's?

Check this thread out... doesn't look promising...

They have listed their address on their website as 'London Based' on googling that address

'AJ Electronics' turns up...

Costco membership £25+VAT for 12 months. Just need 2 forms of ID (one photo, one a utility bill etc).

Even if you can get Costco membership and add on the 20 quid to the price to get the true final cost which is still good for this model, is the effort worth the bother? The reviews around on the Internet are not that stunning - leaving me with that "good, but there is better around" feeling :-(

I am usually a Panasonic fan, yet I remain a little under-whlemed, so haven't voted :-(

No 100Hz = No Buy

Can't speak personally regarding the panel but find that alot do have motion blur with sport if not 100Hz:whistling:

No 100Hz=No Buy.........
So it doesnt matter what else it is really good at then?
It is also a Which? Best Buy!!!!!
Sounds a fab deal....

Fair point. On top of that...I have 90 days to make my OWN mind up about it... and then return if its not to my satisfaction.

Nice reviews here:

Been looking at this TV for a little while hoping it will go down in price. Has anyone got it? Reviews are different...

Went to my local Costco yesterday to check out stock levels. They had plenty, picking one up for my dad tomorrow. Might be tempted myself.

plenty in Trafford costco today

Ok, bought the tv, took it to my dad. Stunning. Thanks.
