Same price at Richer Sounds with a 6 yr warranty. In fairness, RS do say they only have a few remaining
Very good reviews
Not sure if its exactly the same, but bought the 40" version for the bedroom last week for £289.

Incredible for the price.

I have 3 other TV's, all Samsungs, 5000, 6000 and 8000 series. This slots right in between the 6000 and 8000 which for the price is incredible.

Only criticism is the blacks despite being fairly deep lack distinctive shades so dark scenes just morph into dark areas.
Panasonic no longer make any TV screens plasma LCD OLED. Panasonic's display business is nearly dead and they do not want you to know.

They no longer sell TV's in the USA as they are so behind in tech and price.

USA consumers are spoiled with high specifications.

Who makes the LCDs for them?

Many different companies depending on the model. This is normal in the TV industry. Panasonic was a leader in display tech. Now its a marketing company like THX. Samsung and sharp made some of best LCD's but nothing came close to the last high end Panasonic plasma's. My point regardless of who makes the best display Panasonic do not make any screens at all.
