Good price for that TV, was looking at it before I went for the 680B, at the time it was £499. I don't think I'd have gone 4k that day if this was only £350.
I've gone for it to replace my broken TV, not bothered about 4k yet, I'll let the tech mature first and this will be great until then.
Looks like a nice spot OP
tempted....
any other cashback available? only appears to be boiler cover cashback on quidco/tcb
anyone know what delivery lead times are like with sse? doesn't say when would be delivered.
Not sure this site is trustworthy based on quick search on Trustpilot, may be worth investigating prior to purchasing.
Same initial price on amazon, says ships in 3-4 days but obviously cannot use the discount code
amazon.co.uk/Pan…20b - Some decent reviews of the TV

5 year warranty isn't valid if bought via amazon apparently. It might work though as the seller is still SSE.

Better to buy direct to get the warranty and save 5% IMO.
Sharpharp

No mention of the 5 year warranty though....

You are correct, but I was only posting it to give mistercadbury an idea on the lead times and Danlad22 worrying about how trustworthy their site was

I ordered yesterday, it was shipped today. No tracking details though, so not sure when it'll arrive.

SSE are a big company.
anyone knows if skype can be installed as an app in this tv?

From what I've read, yes it can. You'll need their webcam though as it's not built in.
Bought a 40 inch one for my parents. Bit short on connectivity but it's hardly the end of the world these days with hdmi switchers around if you need it. The menus are also rather sluggish. What matters is that the panel itself is really impressive for this price.

I'm not sure the size of a company has anything to do with it's quality in terms of customer service etc. I would be interested to hear about peoples positive/negative experiences on here prior to purchase as looking at Trustpilot has made me reluctant to purchase this..

Uselessly: I don't know, but I do know Skype is dropping TV support soon - think it was mentioned as being dropped circa early June 2016.
Any with this TV comment on what it's like with Standard Definition connections?

They for the online store? Because all the bad reviews on trustpilot that I am finding are regarding their utility supplies
Nice to see a proper Panasonic for a change.
I just bought this deal, thanks OP, paid £351 looks like a pretty decent TV for the price. only thing I'm worried about is the lip-sync issue that springs up on the older reviews, but I'm guessing a firmware update has fixed that since cant see it being mentioned on the newer ones

big downside is just 2 hdmi's - i have fire tv, chromecast, sky, bt youview box and a ps3....

need to factor in a hdmi switch so add at least another £10
Ordered, thanks OP!

I really wouldn't worry about this company. They are very customer service focused. From my experience anyway.
Panasonic or vestel?

THAT is an amazing car for the money!

This is also a great deal - normal price recently seems to be around £499.

Heat added, great spot Op.
Thank-you, have ordered one. Can't go wrong for £350 with 5 year warranty.
Order one, cheers. My 47" LG just gave up the ghost today after just over 2 years.
Only 2 HDMIs?
My plasma just died and this looks a bargain amongst the current TV deals. Ordered, thanks op
Was looking good till 2x HDMI. I need 4 like my 7 year old toshiba.
Would this be ok for gaming on?
Just ordered, couldn't resist £351 for 50" HD with freeview play, free 5yr gtee, and excellent reviews. The last flat screen TV I bought was a 40" Sony 720p for £1400 (back in 2007) so this TV certainly looks like a bargain to me...!!
Ordered, great value, thanks OP
