Stunning picture on this one and this is the cheapest its ever been (for a brand new set). Might be a good idea to get it price-matched with John Lewis for a 5 year no quibbles warranty?

This is brand new and that one is refurbished my friend. I posted that deal (refurb one) as well. Sony is more expensive, is all I know

You are right..sorry I missed that it is refurbished
I have the 680 version and they come with 5 year warranty from Panasonic themselves as standard I believe.

Refresh rate. Higher is better, means it can display better FPS (usually for games).

The panel can’t actually produce 1600FPS, it’s probably only a 60hz panel. The 1600Hz is some nonsense marketing figure about interpolating frames
Good price, but I’d stay clear...especially for sports and video game fans. Motion issues aplenty on this set according to reviews from users and reviewers.

I wish...paid £557 with 6 years warranty from RS

Not a bad price with 6 year warranty. How's the tele running? Android OS any good?
The 700 series is now Panasonic's 'top-end' budget TV, It's a basic 60Hz panel with 300cd/m peak brightness.

Back in 2015 with the CX700 you got a 120Hz panel (550cd/m) with vastly higher colour accuracy.
The EX750 would be today's equivalent hence the massive jump in price (£800).

It only arrived yesterday and still in box...hoping to try it this weekend
JL will price match RGB for £489 either way Panasonic provide their own 5 year warranty. Not sure if Amazon is an official supplier though.
I'm after a deal on a good 4k tv, mainly for gaming on XB1 X and PS4 Pro. Anyone know if this tv is any good?
I bought this TV from the eBay Panasonic store the other day with the 20% off code... Worked out at £354 and I have had £21 quidco confirmed too which I though was a steal for a mid level Panasonic 4k TV. It’s apparently really good for 4K with good blacks but not great for HDR (not bright enough).
I’m not personally bothered about HDR just yet. It does look great on expensive sets but you do need to spend around £1000 to get a TV bright enough to do ‘proper’ HDR. It actually hurt my eyes on an OLED screen that I had for around 3 weeks watching

I think this should be fine or maybe get the LG 800V/810V, as it has 120HZ refresh rate, which should be good for gaming.

Mine too. Can’t really go wrong at that price. Was slightly swayed when I saw a Hisense deal just after buying it but that TV was so new it has no reviews out there so would have been risky... also brightness and contrast was lower so fingers crossed I bought the right tv🤞🏻
Just bought from Currys made them price match it! At first they said we don't price match Amazon but we showed them on their own website where they are over the Christmas period

100 pound off Xbox one x too
Right bargain thanks op!

I haven’t read anthing about the TV but I’m sure it’ll be worth the £333 we paid! ✋🏼
Over the years I’ve got a few things from Panasonic’s EBay Outlet and they are all still working fine!
Almost had momentary regret after getting the Hisense N6800 for the same price earlier in the week, but just noticed this price is for Prime members only so not too bothered after all.

So what is your opinion on the Hisense. Sounds like you aren't completely happy if you thought there was scope in this deal?

You can always try Prime for a month for free, on a trial?
This isn’t really a good TV and not any better than the Samsung 6120 that was posted recently.
the both have same Chinese panel too.

Already done a Prime trial with my account. Could sign up with another but not really worth doing. They’re fairly similar TVs.

Hasn’t arrived as yet so can’t judge. I had written the post when I thought this is less than what I paid for the N6800 but the Hisense was a whole £3.50 less so even less bothered now. If it had been cheaper by a decent margin I might have had some regret. They’re both pretty similar sets. Panasonic might just have the edge.

Samsung 6120 series,Panasonic EX700 and Hisense N6800 all use same panels made by Innolux company which is a Taiwanese brand.
