Seems to tick all the boxes that's wanted for a 4K TV without spending a hell of alot more.
Use code SAVELSTV100 at checkout to get it for this price

I have the 680 variant of this (also in 55"). Very pleased with it, paid £999 just over two years ago from Richer Sounds, which at the time included a 5 year Panasonic guarantee.

Good TV, Heat from me. Be careful with Curry's description of the TV. They state its a 10bit panel but I don't think it is.

I cant find any reviews online about this tv! Is it any good? I was going to hold out to black friday but this seems a bargin

Looks good, but lack of 5year warranty puts me off, I'd sooner pay £100ish more for something with the added 4years

Definitely a price error as the description is for the smaller set.

I ordered the Above Samsung last week with the £689 pricematch, but have just ordered this Panasonic, i'll compare the two once they arrive and send one back.
This Panasonic is bloody cheap if it's 10bit like it appears to be

It's a budget screen so 8bit+FRC, you need to be looking at the EX750 range for a true 10bit panel.
Although details are thin on the ground, the only way this fits into the current Panasonic range would be a 60Hz IPS panel with peak luminance around 300-350cd/m.

Actually thinking about it - it might mean HDR 10 support via 8+2? Rather than actually 10bit

Doubt very much this is a 10bit panel at this price point. Not even sure that the EX750 is either.

It won't let me add code SAVELSTV100 using chrome on my phone anyone else had a problem adding the code?

Sorted thanks for that ☺

is this the Curry's version of EX600?

It supports 10bit HDR via 8bit +frc. But to be honest you wont notice the difference. It's a full 4 panel not RGBW. Heat from me decent price

It's hard to say spec wise it is better 8bit +frc vs your 8bit. The Panasonic will display more colours 30bit vs your 24bit. Ultimately you should maybe go to Currys and have a look for yourself. Ask for the remote and play with the picture settings and compare the picture to what you have. Bear in mind a lot of what you watch is sky or freeview, what will be displayed instore will be a 4k sample video so will look good

Wasn’t on display so I Had someone set it up for me in curry’s. I wasn’t that impressed. Could have been the usb demo though so I’m still deciding on it

yes, i put a 4k video from YouTube and looks amazing, ps4 pro seems. sharp and bright, but normal tv and bluray are great but not wow

YouTube 4k video is compressed but will still look good. A ps4 will look a little better on this tv because of the 8bit+frc and 30bit colour. Normal tv and blu ray will be upscaled to 4k so you won't get the wow factor. A lot of people compare a sky picture to what they see displayed in Currys and think wow, but what is displayed instore is a uncompressed 4k source. Personally I would stick to what you have for now and wait for prices to drop further down
