Please note, refurbished but by the manufacturer, not some of these eBay shops that give things a wipe and classify them as refurbished.

Looks like a good and cheap option for someone looking for a 65 inch TV.

Same as my two 4k Blu-ray players I purchased from Panasonic eBay. Lasted less than 18 months.
I would only consider Samsung, LG or Hisense nowadays when buying a telly. All the brands that used to be good (Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, Hitachi etc) are now just rebadges
This is definitely a Vestal but for £450 its still cheaper than most other Vestal.
This is a vestal. You can tell by the casing. Anything in the FX range that has a model number of 600 and above are true Panasonics. For the GX models I think its anything with a 700 and above model number.
One I had that went t*ts up was a "proper" one so even that isn't a sign of quality now
Like another poster said, I'd avoid Panasonic 'refurbished' on their eBay site - I strongly doubt they do anything with customer returns apart from tape them up and punt them.

Still rocking my 2009 50" G series plasma and can't bring myself to part with it. Has been used for gaming and general viewing and still going strong. They simply don't make stuff of that quality anymore.

Hopefully i haven't tempted fate!

Feel like you might be right. I bought a 49FX650 from those guys. TV had some dark patches on the screen and screen bleed. I returned it and they agreed it should have no faults with the screen. Only on the housing. The day the confirmed they had received it there was another 49FX650 up on ebay...lol...Make of that what you will.
The whole Vestal thing seems incredibly shortsighted by Panasonic. Spend a lifetime building a brand and then flush it away building junk.
OOS so expiring

Almost exactly the same as my situation. My panel sold out when I bopught it, had serious banding on the screen, returned it, couple of days later it was back on the site.

They're a bunch of chancers.
