Cheapest place I can see this particular model at other retailers is £520+ and Argos used to sell it for £600.

Not quite as good a deal as last week's Argos one but still a good price for those in the market for a panny instead of a samsung.

Would appreciate people's opinions!

Not bad - but you could get a 1080p Sammy from Richer Sounds for at least £20 less.

Have a similar deal at ritcher sounds.
But there is an issue with the latest models due to bad reflection on the screen from sun light and lighting.

but the samsumg is far, far worse.

just bought yesterday 29th a 32" sony for £399.99 with five year guarantee from the sony shop
sony.co.uk/pro…500

would highly recommend if you want a good tv with 5 year peace of mind
traded in an old broken portable crt tv for this price

Saw a sony in House of Fraser for £400 incl 5 year guarantee, no trade in necessary.

I still think if you're not fussed about a warranty - I take my chances with brands like Pana and Sony, win some, lose some, on average end up on the deal - then I think the Argos one I posted is a good deal. If you want a guarantee then John Lewis seem to be price matching PC world on the Pana TX-L32S10B (not sure how it differs from C10) meaning £490 with 5 year guarantee.

I'd rather lug an extra penny into a shopping centre than an old crt. Each to their own. :whistling:

how low can you go
