Best TV ever, the cheapest ever deal

tam_mo

you will not get this with this TV only with 42" is under special offer … you will not get this with this TV only with 42" is under special offer section !!!

I think you need to look closer before spouting. It's offer #2 up in the top right corner of the offer page.

Good deal voted hot, but I would need to get rid of my current plasma first.

with only 2 pairs of glasses (with the TV) its sill a hot deal with the Blu Ray player & 4 Films

Voted HOT!!!!

Upon closer inspection you cannot select the Blu Ray player .... so cannot complete the deal. :-(

[quote/]
now you spot and tell me where does it says free 2 Pairs of 3D Glasses?
[/quote]

They come with the TV!

The Amazon offer states..

Panasonic 3D Offer #2: Free Blu-ray Player plus Four Free Blu-ray Titles
Free Blu-ray Player plus Four Free Blu-ray Titles
Until 24th December, we are giving away a 3D Blu-ray Player when you buy a selected Panasonic 50" 3D TV. You can also claim 4 free 3D Blu-ray movies on selected items.

So offer two has a 3D DVD player and 4 DVD's and there are two pairs of glasses with the TV.

The OP states
"You also get: Get 2 Pairs of 3D Glasses and a 3D Blu-ray Player plus Four Blu-ray Titles--all for Free with this TV"

so why did you say
"you will not get this with this TV only with 42" is under special offer section"

That is a totally wrong statement.

This is a very good price, unfortunately any TV costing over £1000 gets voted cold in hotukdeals

Yep. The DVD player is out of stock so it's screwing up the deal. Be interesting to see if they substitute a different model in the offer.

This is the best TV with best reviews, most of other supplier are selling this for around £2k. Anyone voting cold should post a link for better price. Cheers

Ok ...should have been that it is widely regarded as the best 3DTV on the market with what is widely regarded as one of the best 2D pictures to go with ... if not the best.

I'm surprised you are comparing Samsung plasma to Panasonic, Samsung doesn't quite match the Panasonic 3DTV standard

The panasoni 3DTV standard? read the forums, the samsungs outclass the 3d pannys at the moment in everyones opinion except the usual panny fanboys who think pannys are the best no matter what, wrong this time im afraid

Edited by: "jayjayuk1234" 9th Dec 2010

I'm really tempted by the whole 3D thing and this panny does come out well in the reviews, there is nothing like proper feedback though from someone who has had one so defo worth noting any comments positive or negative....best to check av forums for proper unbiased reviews...

3d tvs without the need of glasses are on the way so id wait if 3d is important to you

top end? lol, just because it is a panny it has to be good?

thanks for your expert opinion, but each tv needs to be judged on its own merits.
Edited by: "jayjayuk1234" 9th Dec 2010

This is a pretty good deal, but sadly impossible to order due to the blu ray player being out of stock. The TV is pretty good, but I think is inherently overpriced at the moment.

@JayJayUk123 <----- This guys is just here to milead people from the looks of it, Read AVFORUMS or any other source you guys can find anywhere on the internet, Panasonic VT20 is blowing any other TV in the market for 2D and 3D contents, Excellent Blacks and fast response time is what makes it worthwhile watching 3D content, and Panasonic shines in that. So please do not be fooled by people like 'JayJayUK123' Panasonic has proven i have seen this TV from my own eyes at currys, with demo 3D glasses and boy it kicks ass, i have tested other LG and Samsung tvs but none comes close to this 2D or 3D.

My expert opinion? Do I really have to do your home work for you mate? There is this really cool site called Google and when you type in the TV model space review you will realize that I’m not just rating it high just because of its make.

Take a note from "3DOhyeah" as he can point you to some good review sites as well im sure.

Enjoy one of many.

Oh and your welcome.:{

I was lucky enough to buy this TV with the Panasonic Blu-Ray 3D DVD player, two pairs of glasses and the Avatar 3D DVD package at Costco in Trafford Park, Manchester for £1064.00.

It was the last one and was ex-display, but came with a full 5 year warranty.

I had earlier visited John Lewis at the Trafford centre, with the intention of buying a Sony 46" LED 2D TV. The sales chap at John Lewis talked me away from the Sony and gave me a demo of the 3D TV's.

The Panasonic was outstanding when compared to the offerings from Sony, Samsung and LG. The picture and sound quality in 2D and 3D was far better than the competition.

The only stumbling block was the price of £1799.00 (inc the excellent 5 year warranty and the 3D Blu-Ray player and Shrek DVD) I decided to go home and check the reviews on the net, but called into Costco to buy some other items and ended up saving £735.00 against the John Lewis price.

This really is a cracking TV and the reviews on the net back up my experience of ownership.

Pick the right deal and I'm sure you will be happy.
