I was copying the terminology used on the Richer Sounds website itself (e.g. "Also available with 2 pairs of 3D glasses worth £200...") but I agree that it could be confusing, as it appears to have been for you. I shall amend to clarify.

Sorry - thats what I was supposed to write lol. Amended thanks...

I doubt glasses would be included as I'm sure it would be stated on the RS site if they were.

On mode Average Power Consumption 123W

This is preferable to it's 2D equivalent, the TXP42S30, even if you're not interested in 3D, as it has a higher-spec Panel than the S30.

My local RS (Newcastle) didn't have this in stock and couldn't say if or when they'd be getting any. Looks good from the reviews though: got recommendations at its original price of <£1000, so at £450 I rate it hot - and you can still get it for the same price from Amazon.

Does anyone know if this TV has a VGA connection? (sometimes use my current TV as a monitor, you see......) Thanks : )

Do you mind pm'ing me your NUK ref number after you have used it. John Lewis declined my price match request even though I submitted it on the 28th of Dec, so I'm not happy.. especially as the price has increased. So i just want to show them that they are being inconsistent.

Thanks in advance
