You can pick this camera up from a store and get Quidco as opposed to the Amazon price of £241.50 I just posted.

The new TZ series packs a LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens with 12x optical zoom into a compact body. This versatile photographic tool lets you shoot everything from sweeping vistas at the 25mm wide-angle setting to dynamic 300mm telephoto shots. And the lens system's exquisite rendering ability lets you capture even the subtle nuances of the sights and scenes in your travels.

I posted a deal for this camera on Amazon for £241.50 and then found this one 10 minutes later at Comet. oO

Not an outstanding price - been slowly descending since it's release. Was cheaper last month. Most folks seem to rate the TZ7 (it's predecessor) more highly, which is why that model still commands a similar price.

Was cheaper last month. Some people may not have bought it last month

£210 + could buy you a DSLR, just a thought (Argos outlet E-420 £214)

You're right. Outstanding deal then.

If every outlet put their price for this camera up to £1000 tomorrow, and one offered it at £950, that, by those rules, would be an outstanding deal I suppose.

I didn't say it was an outstanding deal, I was simply saying the deal which you're referring to is no longer around. Secondly, was the camera last month £150, £100? I don't think so. Was it close to this, I expect it was. So for those people who missed out, here's an opportunity to get one at a reasonable price. 'The rules' bit I'm not even going to comment on as it's so idiotic.

The Panasonic £30 cashback brings this down to £210. The leaflets/forms should be in store.
